I like how it’s easy to use and simple to fill out. No training is required, and the ChatGPT integration makes it even simpler.

Cons

This is not necessarily Jotform, because I get it, companies must make money, but the cost of the different tiers. If you pay more, you get more resources.

It has been good so far. I have had multiple demos of Jotform. I learned about Jotform from obre og my clients who were already using it. Honestly the first time I saw it was years ago and I had immediately thought “Maybe I can build something better” but at the end of the day I don’t want to fall into a bad practice trap and would rather go with a matured tool

Pros

I like how I can use Jotform for Salesforce for my clients. I am able to suggest them Jotform for their marketing team to better handle Lead gen using customisable options. Most of the clients who meed Lead Gen ask me to create customised components but I can only do so much on my own. At the end of the day I would rather rely on a well built tool with matured features

Cons

Hmm. This is a tough one. I like Jotform and even though I don’t have a specific issue with the tool, I do have issues that I am not learned enough to sometime convince my customers why they should invest in Jotform. So yeah, that would be something that bugs me

I also love how simple it is to make everything look polished and on-brand without needing to be techy. As my business has grown, my forms have grown with it—which says a lot.

Pros

I’ve been using Jotform for about six years now as my go-to client travel inquiry form, and the customization is really what keeps me coming back. It’s super easy to build forms that actually feel like my business instead of something cookie-cutter. I can tweak questions exactly how I want, adjust the flow, and use conditional logic so clients only see what’s relevant to them. It makes the whole process feel more thoughtful and less overwhelming on their end.

Cons

If you’re using the free version, the biggest downside is how quickly you can run into the limits—especially the monthly submissions. It’s perfect to get started, but if you’re actively using it for client inquiries, you’ll likely outgrow it sooner than you expect.

Jotform has helped me automate my data collection process without writing a single line of code. It is reliable, professional, and saves me a lot of time every week.

Pros

The drag-and-drop interface is extremely easy to use. I love the variety of templates available and the fact that it integrates perfectly with Google Sheets. Even on the free plan, you have access to advanced features like electronic signatures and conditional logic.

Cons

The monthly submission limit on the free plan is a bit tight (100 submissions), and the storage space for file uploads could be a little larger. However, it's a great way to test the platform.

My overall experience with Jotform has been positive. It's easy to get started, and I was able to created and manage forms quickly without much effort. It works well for bsic to moderate use cases, and it helped me save ttime compared to building forms manually. There are few limitations in the free version but overall it's a reliable tool for everyday form needs.

Pros

Jotform is very easy to use and doesn't require any codingg. Thr drag-and-drop builder makes creating forms quick and the availability of templates helps save time. I also like the integration and customization options, wh ich make it flexible for different use cases.

Cons

Sometimes the interface can feel a bit slow when working on larger or more complex forms. Also, some useful features are only avaiable in the paid plans, which can be limiting if you're using the free version.

For a freemium product, I really do like how much functionality is available in a Jotform form, even in the free version. I use the forms to collect information but also to serve as onboarding contracts with new clients. Their newer document-signing functionality is also super convenient and easy to use.

Pros

I like that I can create up to 5 forms for free, and it's quite easy to set up a simple form. The wide variety of blocks that can be added to a form offer much greater flexibility than alternatives (like Google forms).

Cons

When creating more complex forms, it can sometimes be difficult to find the settings I need for certain block functionality (like requiring an answer). And while forms can be personalized according to some branding elements, the overall customization capacity is fairly limited.

Adding payments can be confusing. There are a lot of choices, which is great, put it can make it feel less simple.

Overall, my experience with Jotform has been positive. The platform is flexible, easy to configure, and the Stripe integration in particular makes tracking and categorizing revenue straightforward. That said, we have occasionally run into issues where customers submit forms multiple times because the payment status isn’t clear, resulting in duplicate transactions and extra refund handling. If duplicate‑submission protection or clearer payment confirmation improved, it would remove one of the few operational headaches we’ve experienced.

Pros

What I like most about Jotform is how practical and reliable it is for handling payments and submissions in one place. The Stripe integration, in particular, works incredibly smoothly. Once someone submits a form and completes a payment, everything flows directly through Stripe without any extra manual steps. I especially appreciate that each transaction comes through with the description already allocated, which makes it much easier to categorize revenue and keep records organized. From an operational standpoint, that small detail saves a surprising amount of time—no digging through transactions or trying to remember what payment corresponds to which form or event. The descriptions and structure make reconciliation and bookkeeping straightforward. Overall, Jotform strikes a great balance between ease of use and powerful integrations, and the Stripe connection is one of the features that really makes day‑to‑day administration simpler.

Cons

One of the things I’ve found challenging with Jotform is how payment submissions occasionally behave when a transaction doesn’t clearly complete for the user. We’ve had situations where a customer submits an order, but because they’re unsure whether the payment processed successfully, they submit the form again. That can result in duplicate transactions being created in Stripe. From the customer’s perspective they’re simply trying to make sure their order went through, but on our end it means we end up with two payments tied to the same submission. The operational downside is that we then have to identify and refund the duplicate charge. While refunds are straightforward to process, the original merchant processing fees are still incurred, which means we lose money on transactions that were never meant to be duplicated in the first place. It adds extra reconciliation work and can create awkward follow‑ups with customers as well. Overall, while Jotform’s flexibility and integrations are strong, improving the clarity of payment status or better preventing accidental duplicate submissions would make a big difference for organizations that rely on forms for event registrations or order processing.
