Other platforms seemed like they expected me to build my processes around the tool. Pros The ease of use in adding people to forms and providing access to documents. Seriously intuitive and user-friendly. Doing the same thing in something like, SharePoint, takes many more steps and also Administrator access. Also, the user interface is seamless. I don't even have to think about "how" to do something. The buttons and clicks all make sense. Cons It took me a minute to understand how "forms" were used...like, literally, a minute. It is easy to train end users and help them learn the ropes. It has a few bugs here and there, but is still a better product than most competitors. Pros I like the ability to keep documents in a centralized location, and designate them to the appropriate form type - it helps keep Drawings, RFI's, etc in one place. I like the search function as well - it's helped me locate documents efficiently many times! For the price, it's an excellent platform! Customer support has been helpful as well. Cons I find it frustrating to assign access to users and designate Share Groups appropriately. I wish there was better document signature integration, especially with DocuSign. I also think the Contracting process and bidding ability could be tweaked a bit. I would like the reporting feature to be improved, potentially by straying away from Exago. The only complaint is more user-ended: different teams organize their documents differently (schedules in submittals, RFIs sometimes in submittals too), but this is not a platform-oriented complaint. Pros Ease of shared access, ability for our teams to personalize each section, ability for folks to mark up submitted documents, and ability for our team leaders to personalize the documents. Cons Not much - I do actually really like the functionality of the platform and our team’s ability to collaborate through all submitted documentation. If I had 1 complaint, it would be just the markup function, that it resets the size each time within a doc v keeping prior settings. The program itself is fairly easy to use, and portions of it are user-intuitive. I have not liked that some things, like the next button we requested has not been addressed in the couple of years we have been using the program. Pros I like the interface of the program and the ability to create custom reports. The task of entering invoices and contracts is easy. I also love the mass import function.
