Pros Submittable allows us to both accept submissions and integrate custom review and scoring and manage reviewers all in the same portal. I love the customization features and the user experience for applicants, reviewers, and administrators. Cons I wish there were a way to set a deadline for reference forms to be received. Cons The messaging component can glitch, as I've sent messages to people who did not get them sent to their inbox, and vice versa. Since I communicate with applicants primarily through messages, it can be frustrating to find that messages were not delivered. However, this doesn't happen often.
