That might be how kids like to do it but that’s not for me. Pros If I miss 1 day having my house rented because my price was just a little too high I have to rent it at the higher price for a week just to make up the day I lost. It’s rented almost every day in the off season when I’m not using it. In my area there’s 600+ houses available and mine still rents. If it rents for 2 extra days a year it covers what PriceLabs cost us. Cons There’s no App and no person you can call. It’s all messaging which I hate. Highly impressed and seems to be worth the cost of having the tool help me with pricing. Pros PriceLabs takes the guess work out of pricing my short term rental. This saves me time, and generates better revenue. The tools and functionality at the price provided is a no brainer for me. I have received several more bookings than my competitors and I know it is from using PriceLabs' dynamic pricing tool. Cons Not much negative to say. Maybe wish it updated more than once a day without having to pay an additional fee, but am totally happy with the current setup.
