Pros I love the seasonal pricing with the ability to set your own base, minimum, and maximum. Since implementing PriceLabs, both our revenue and our occupancy has increased significantly. Pros PriceLabs is easy to use and gives helpful insights that help me manage my business and maximize my income. I have had my ADR increase far beyond what I could have expected on multiple properties along with getting calendar booked up for longer stays further out in the future which decreases the number of turnovers and increases margins. I really can't say enough positive things about this product. I try not to think about how much easier and more lucrative the last few years would been had I been using PriceLabs. Pros The ability to customize prices for certain seasons and the amount of flexibility with different pricing and minimum stays is fantastic. I have a feeling I've only scratched the surface of what all this robust software is capable of doing but it has already proved itself to be irreplaceable. Cons No cons so far. When I did have an issue pricelabs support was awesome to help identify that i has other issues with that platform with helpful advice beyond just pricing. I’m confident that using this platform ai can set it and forget it while getting a great price for each night booked. Helped with occupancy rate improvement and I didn’t have to lower prices to the point where the increased wear and tear from higher volume would have put my investment at risk. The user interface takes a little bit of getting used to, but the functionality makes up for it without a doubt.
