Instances are installed locally and updates aren't as easy as 123. I like the OCR feature for Searching for EOB/deposits. Cons The Item I like the least in this software is the inability to search if the OCR button is not used. We're so glad to hear that you find our ContentCenter very easy to use. We are a little confused about your statement that you can't search for documents if the OCR button is not used. Do you mean \*full-text\* search? While we do need to have our system "read" the document (through OCR) to enable full-text search, you should be able to search in other ways such as document properties or by patient or bin. Also, if there is a problem with forgetting to import with OCR activated, we can set it for you that all batches are run through the OCR engine by default.
