It engages our guests and lends to longer stays and increased revenue. Cons We are currently working to get the trivia aspect to allow "Trivia Night" competitions. It's taking longer than expected. When I have an issue, I get a pretty prompt response. Overall I'm satisfied with the product in that it mostly fills my needs. I'm definitely still going through some growing pains so I'm not sure how I'll feel about things in a few months. Pros I like that you can integrate videos, stills, and background music. You can set an expiration date on graphics so I've used this to promote events and then have the graphic expire after the event has happened. You can create playlists and organize in a number of manners which is nice and you can easily integrate videos from YouTube. Cons The preview function doesn't work for me which is a big deal as I'm remote. Videos embedded from YouTube do not show subtitles. In a waiting room setting where volume can be an issue, this is problematic. The integration with social media is confusing. It only pulls from Instagram (and maybe Twitter), doesn't happen in real-time, and can be clunky. I've also found the admin user interface to be challenging to navigate but that could just be me! Reason for choosing UPshow Upshow seemed to be working with some big-name companies and that gave us confidence in the product. " January 18, 2018 4.0 It adds to our brand and the customer experience. Pros I love how interactive it is. Our customers absolutely love seeing themselves on our tvs and it really adds to their experience. It's so easy to use from an administrative standpoint. I can quickly add spotlights to our our locations without taking too much time out of my day. Cons We've had a few issues with the software not working correctly. Typically the device gets replaced right away so it's not a big deal. I haven't been able to fully use the connected commerce tool yet because of the way our social media accounts are set up, but I'm looking forward to using that tool. Review Source Kent T. I can update as needed and change pictures and or change or take out pictures people post that are not following our guidelines. Cons If there a problem, I have had no customer support. I have contacted customer support thru chart and or email, and have never received a response back. My local rep has been helpful. " July 23, 2018 5.0 Pros UPshow is very simple to use. Within a few minutes, we were bringing great content to our bar guests. I love that I can schedule Marketing Screens so that they expire after the event has run. I wish all of our systems were this seamless. Cons This is a double edge sword, but while I love how easy UPshow is to use, there are times that I would like to curate how frequently (and which of) my screens appear. The technical support is abysmal and the restrictions on the tagging system provide no value for business owners whatsoever. I am considering legal action against this company. Whatever you do, DO NOT engage with UPShow for any business -- ever. Pros I cannot provide any positive feedback on this software Cons \- Product was not delivered on time - Product was not configured properly, marketing a different business - Support did not adjust my configuration correctly - Responses for action were never followed up on, and no communication to me as the service buyer - Tagging service did not work properly - After bringing to UpShow's attention and asking for cancellation, notified they would charge me a buyout fee. Our \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], is incredible. She always makes a point to check-in with us regularly, offers her support in updating any old media on our library and is always easy to reach. Our experience with UPshow has been nothing short of awesome. Pros What we like most about this software is the ease of use. Once getting started with UPshow, we had all of our digital media/signage up within minutes. It is easy to use, the scheduling is so convenient for promotions with a timeline, nothing but good things to say about this software. Cons The only thing I have found that could make this software better would be to have an audio integration. For example, we have to use a separate software to play music, playlists, etc. throughout the dealership. It would really take UPshow to the next level if there was an audio box also that could create music playlists, schedule commercials, etc. that sync up with the digital media. Pros My favorite feature is the Promotion Manager - I always have an event to promote and keep people in the know! Cons I don't dislike anything. If I would make a suggestion I'd add giving the main admin access to add and control user access level so I don't have to always bother the upshow team with management changes. Pros It's easy to use and a great way to disseminate information across the entire hospital. Provides something for the patients to watch while waiting for their appointment. Cons I wish we had more access to some of the channels. At our hospital people tend to turn it off UpShow and to regular tv. Our guest will put a picture up and sit eat and drink till it comes up on the screen, in our case every 3 slides. Pros The best feature with up show unlike 3 others that we have tried is that the platform is stable and does not fade out or needs to be rebooted every couple of days. Adding new slides to up show is easy and anyone can do it. Pros giving the guests a opportunity to share their photos and do the advertising for me . The software is super easy to use. I use it everyday to change graphics and messages for the day and to look what my guests have added. Cons Loading images to the web site is not that easy. Not all my graphics for my store come in the sizes that the web site offers. I told her we need to look into getting Upshow for patient education, and just keeping out patient informed at our office. I have great feedback form patients about the Upshow. Pros The ease of creating and setting the whole thing up was very easy. When I want to make a slide from scratch, canvas is amazing at helping me put together a beautiful slide. Cons Truly, everything that I have used so far is great. If I had a complaint it would just be about the app. Maybe I am not fulling understanding how it works. Everything else is great.
