It is easily managed and works well for a patient communication device. **Pros:** We started using UPshow from day 1. This helps me to know that we're getting in front of everyone we can that comes into the gym. **Cons:** There are certain features that I'm not 100% comfortable using in the dashboard and when I've reached out to customer support in the past, it hasn't always been helpful.
