Programmatic recruitment has turned traditional recruiting on its head! Best thing to happen to recruiting since the internet! Pros Great for giving my team the time and resources to do active recruiting instead of spending their time monitoring and managing job postings. Takes away the need to manage our stats and evaluate our progress. This does it all for us while giving us the reach necessary to find candidates for our difficult to fill positions. The candidate volume is high.The account manager and team are very professional and responsive. Cons The conversion from applicant to onboarding and having a worker work at a job site is very low. Additionally, the seamless integration with our ATS allows us to capture the hires that have come in via the tool which makes reporting a dream. Cons Haven't found a reason to complain yet. Pros Great customer support through our account manager. They were able to piggy back off the same Indeed hashtags we're already using in our job descriptions which makes it easy to sponsor posts for hard to fill requisitions. Cons It's hard to control spending when you have a high volume of reqs. Some jobs may take up a big portion of your budget and rack up a lot of your budgeted dollars just to one req. Pros Honestly, my favorite part is that it actually works. It can handle high volume job postings, and meet your spend needs without sacrificing quality in regards to applicants. It makes my job easier- once you are set up and have figured out the best titles etc. to use, it will perform and help you reach your recruiting goals. Cons I have no complaints about the current software, but I would like to see some additional features as it would be helpful for my overall recruiting. For example, adding paid search for Google. To us, Appcast is a hidden gem! We really appreciate the job ad exchanges which allows our jobs to be seen on sites that we may not typically parter with. Pros Integration with Bullhorn, our account manager and his exceptional communication, state expansions, and reporting. Cons Not being able to control the quality of applies that come through. These past few months we've noticed a massive spike in spam applies which ultimately has us hit budget early on in the month. The biggest mistake employers make is doing the same thing and hoping for different results. Using Appcast means that you and break away from 'the normal' and find new routes to your target audience Pros I like being able to take my clients vacancies to the 'whole' market. It adds a lot of value to my service and means I can deliver quality applications at a good price.I find it very easy to use and therefore easy to explain to a client. We are very satisfied with what Appcast has given us. Pros Hands down best element is the customer service and support from our representatives. They take the time to explain strategy and performance. The integration works well with UKG and we have had minimal issues since implementation. Cons With the quick apply option, there is a bit of information that does not come over, but this is common for quick apply. It is hard to hold a candle to Indeed performance. The customer service team is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Pros Advertise on multiple sites without having to individually set up each. The ability to set CPA up or down to the market needs. Cons Need more completed candidate applies through our ATS to compete with hosted quick apply INDEED campaigns. Pros We use Appcast to advertise on many platforms all at once. It definitely generates lots of applications quickly. Great for low level roles and volume recruiting. Cons There is no branding. We get a lot of meaningless applications but we still have to pay for them. It is not relevant for specialist or high level roles.
