Clearstream was easy to navigate and we benefited from the versatility. The service itself is considerably cost efficient!

Cons

Our least favorite thing about Clearstream is the mobile display. When you try to utilize on your phone, the display is a bit excessive for the size.

Love it! It’s been great. I look forward to utilizing it as we grow as a church and hopefully we can eventually pair this with subsplash.

Pros

It very easy to use, I love how interactive it can be and it’s great for workflows, keywords, and more. The customer service I’ve experienced has been great. I love that I can connect with someone almost immediately. There’s been no issues so far it’s great!!

Cons

Just that it doesn’t pair directly with subsplash that would be an amazing feature for us. And how many credits it takes to send an emoji!!

Pros

We love that our whole leadership team can access the account to communicate with our people. I think this provides a very streamlined experience and accountability.

Cons

That it costs so much to use an emoji. I wish I could use at least one in a message at a discounted rate.

I highly recommend Clearstream for anyone who is looking for a great and easy to use program for connecting with your church.

Pros

Customer service has been very helpful and prompt! They are quick to respond and to help reach a solution. This resource has been helpful for mass communication as well as consistent weekly emailing too.

Cons

The email function isn't available in the app. Also, people have to sign up with a number instead of choosing either number or email. I have a lot of people who are suspicious of giving out their number for anything who wish they could just use their email to sign up.

Pros

Clearstream has been extremely easy to use so far! The customer service has been very helpful with getting texting rolled to our congregation. The dashboard is very intuitive as well.

Cons

I wish you could click on someones name and go into a profile of some kind. Like see their text history or click their name and send them a text. I know you can do this with the 3 dots to the right.

We've been using ClearStream for about three months. Customer service was helpful and responded quickly as I had questions setting up a workflow. The best thing for us is the planning center integration.

Pros

Clearstream was extremely easy to get started with. I appreciate the planning center integration, as I can message from ClearStream to planning center lists or message straight from planning center.

Cons

Not a real criticism, but it would help out if you had some pre-made workflows set up that we could copy into our account.

So far it’s been great, easy to use and there are so many features I need to start using like the tag words

“I love how easy it is to navigate and use all of its features. It’s also so well integrated with Planning Center, which makes connecting and communicating with our church members simple and effective.”

There’s not much I would see as a con, but if I had to pick one then it would be lack of some features the app has compared to the browser such as being able to send a note in a text from the app

This has been a wonderful addition to our communication department. We are always looking for new ways to share church information and updates with our members while being good stewards of the resources God has provided.

Pros

Being able to schedule both texts and emails. Also, live chat with customer service has made the onboarding with Clearstream an exceptional experience.

Cons

I would like to be able to put an attachment with an email. We send quarterly reminders for business meeting and weekly newsletter by email.

This has been a great tool and resource for our church to keep up with our members as well as visitors and guests.

Pros

Value for the money that we pay and the ease of use. It is simple and straightforward to use and make need for what we are looking for.

Cons

I cannot think of anything that would fit as a con. Maybe more frequently videos that walk through suggestions and creative ways to use their services.
