Pros

Mo has improve relationship between colleagues and their superior and make it easy for them to communicate in casual platform. Manager can track and measure worker performance and reward their success with incentive that is available on the reward catalogue.

Cons

Mo is a good recognition platform and I have never encounter any issues while using it for he past 2 years. No dislike from me and my organization.

Overall, Mo helps organization to be sensitive and reward its high achievement worker and compensate it with rewards or cash incentives.

Pros

Software ability help manager to recognize and reward high-performance employees is really cool. Reward catalogue can be access by the user to select and choose which reward that we want to redeem based on the point accumulated. Sending recognition message to colleagues boost both me and the counterpart mood.

Cons

Limited choice of e-card(gift card) that cater for local store or service. Mostly, it support foreign shop voucher that isn't available on our regions.

Overall I am very satisfied with the Mo, how it works and its user friendly layout. It is easy to navigate and offers a great platform to facilitate reward and recognition in real time across the organisation.

Pros

I love the platform, its functionality and its ability to facilitate reward and recognition to colleagues both at a local level and across the organisation. Its very user friendly and easy to navigate and is a great tool for colleague engagement and making people feel valued.

Cons

The only downside I would say is that is can sometimes take a while for new colleagues who join the business to pull through as active on the platform. Speeding this process up would be beneficial and offer a better service.

It has become the pivotal tool in driving and developing the culture we're trying to build. It has allowed me to deliver so much more than I could before and offer a much greater employee experience because of it's functionality. It was able to absorb all previous schemes we had in place whilst offering a wealth of new ones at the same time and it's made my life so much easier.

Pros

It's saved so much of my time as an employee engagement lead. With everything housed internally and automated. The reporting is great, the live feed really helps to drive engagement and culture, the internal store closes the loop and it's super easy to manage budgets and users in it. But the list could go on and on.

Cons

Mo are constantly developing and improving the platform. they also take on feedback really well, are keen to listen, learn and develop. On top of that they act incredibly quickly when things go wrong. Their customer support is so impressive and it's been a pleasure working with them.

Mo has reimagined the employee reward system now giving managers a chance to reward employees on each month which has helped boost morale within the company,l. It has also meant that people can enjoy earned benefits without the tax implications being passed to them for long service and employee of the month rewards.

Cons

Missing some functions that would make it easier for everyone to get involved such as department only shoutouts rather than open to all the business.

Pros

Mo is an excellent platform that support manager to peer recognition system. It helps managers to review and evaluate worker performance and reward those that outshine other in their work. With various rewards waiting to be claim on the reward catalog, it surely has boost our worker moods and performance goal.

Cons

Peer-to-peer recognition message is under utilized by our worker. Need to find a way to motivate them to use the features frequently.

I use Mo a few times a week to review all of my colleagues and peers who have been praised and to recognise the hard work that they are doing. It is really rewarding to receive feedback and to be company wide recognised as helping the business because in some companies, this often becomes overlooked.

Pros

It gives a great platform to recognise employees when they go above and beyond as well as peers encouraging each other. It is a very positive software which, through reward, gives people a sense of purpose.

Cons

Ideally to have a more varied option of gift cards available to choose from although the selection is already good.

Pros

ThanksBox is simple and easy to use, even for those of us (i.e. me) who are digitally challenged! It provides information in an easy to understand and intuitive format e.g. I can open the App and start using it without any training. It takes me a few moments to thank a colleague and because the app is aligned to organisational values it means users can see at a glance a pictorial view of which values and behaviours are lived the most. The software is a great way of keeping our vales 'live' rather than just words in a leaflet. The app has a function for sharing messages of appreciation with other staff which is a good way to remind each other of the positive things which happen every day which is a bonus when having a bad day. Behind the scenes the analytics has helped me work out where to focus energy and action to embed our values and it continues to be a great source of information for deciding what action to take . The team at ThanksBox are highly responsive, helpful, friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble which made implementation an enjoyable process. They are great problem solvers and are passionate about ThanksBox. What also sets the team at ThanksBox aside from other experiences I've had of implementing a change is the help provided by the team in the early stages continues after implementation. I highly recommend the ThanksBox software and the team who support its implementation.

Cons

Initially we didn't use a modern enough web browser so the ThanksBox team had to make all sorts of adjustments to make it work for us. Since implementation the organisation's IT dept has upgraded the web browser for all users which has addressed the issue some users had when trying to open the software.

Excellent employees recognition platform that allow me and my colleagues to exchange points for any events and occurrences like birthday or promotions. It has bonded us to create a positive workplace atmosphere.

Pros

Mo elevating manager to peer engagement and connection by providing features that help manager to evaluate worker performance and rewarding the top-performance worker with points and incentives. I like that the reward catalog has e-gift that I want to redeem in near future.

Cons

Expiring points that we can give to co-worker. We need to distribute the point every months and they will get replenish every month but the points can't be accumulated.

Pros

Its ease of use along with the support we get from Thanksbox. I really like the fact that the recognition can be linked or not to the reward system. Just a great business tool.

Cons

I could not fault it in any way. Every time we have had an opportunity to improve it 'Thanksbox' are right there beside us to make the upgrade.

Good - would recommend it to others

Pros

Who doesn't love a bit of recognition? Personally, I love Mo as it gives you a nice overview of all the amazing things happening across the business that we may not know about otherwise. We see thank you messages from our 58 hotels and central functions and it increases engagement between departments.For our team (Marketing), we use it as a content bank that we can dip into to use on social channels for employer branding. This lets us show an insight into life at Atlas and we also use it to highlight great service to hotel managers from the reviews.The gifs and emojis are a cool touch and there's a great selection in the rewards store.

Cons

It would be great if we could use our own branding!

Pros

We recently started using this software at work as a new way to recognise and reward colleagues for going above and beyond at work. This software enables you to reward anyone around the business and you are also able to make your "posts" available to be viewed by everyone. This is a great way of see what everyone else around the business is getting up to and it's also a great way to make sure people are recognised widely for the excellent work/ contributions they are making. it is pretty straightforward to use and feels a bit like a social network in that you can scroll through everyone's posts.

Cons

Because you can see posts by everyone around the business it can sometimes feel like a lot to scroll through, this however can be resolved by using the filters to change what you see - took me a while to figure that out!

For our employees - it's simple, easy to use and has a great mobile experience, with is essential for our people who are on the go all the time. The ideas tool also offers a great way for our people to share what's important to them, quickly gather opinion from their colleagues and get the feedback they deserve from the organisation. For the HR & Leadership team - we've found the analytics outstanding, it really helps us to effectively manage the initiative across different areas of our business.
