Pros Mo is an excellent and most effective way to recognize colleagues and sending them recognition and appreciation message for their efforts and success. Every message that I sent isn't just a blank message, each contain point that the recipient can collect and use it to redeem a reward. Reward selection is quite okay and most of my favorite store gift card is available here. Cons The notification center can get messy if many people is tagging my name in the conversation. It can get hundreds of notification alert just because someone keep mentioning my name on the main chat board. I give my thanks and gratitude to my team mates every time we successfully finish a sales project to appreciate their hard work. Cons All the reward is redeemable to only digital product or shop, there is no cash reward or incentive. Cons No option to edit post that has been posted or delete it from public view. It is frustrating and the option should already available. Cons The recognition message is rarely used by my colleagues and we relied on managers to get rewarded. We need a good strategy to motivate worker to start sending message and distribute the Mo's karma point so everyone has a better chances to collect enough point for reward redemption. Cons No Mo's point spending history where I can check which people I have sent Mo's message and point previously. In the end, I keep sending it to the same people every month and not distribute it fairly to all my colleagues. It would be better if I can vie monthly report of my activity on the platform. I like that it is personable with birthdays/ pictures/ questions and bios for each employee. I like the fact that employees can also recognise good efforts amongst each other and thank each other for a job well done. The support team are always very handy and have responded to my questions in a short time frame, they are always on hand and willing to provide information or show you how to do this.They also offer good work instructions making the system easy to use and follow. Cons If the email address has been used in another organisation but suspended it makes it hard to add someone new as support are required to step in. I like to use it to highlight when a customer specifically leaves a review for our company and mentions a staff member.Another feature i love is that the app and website highlight a member of staff when it is their work anniversary or when it is their birthday! It makes everything more personal.I love that there is an option to gift vouchers to staff members as this is a lovely incentive. Cons There is nothing at the moment that i don't like.
