It gives the illusion that we like each other. The HR department likes the metrics or whatever and I received a $50 amazon card in January for doing my job which was a nice gesture I suppose and it also prevents remote employees from leaving.

Pros

The best part is that it is connected to slack so I don't have to have an additional tab open. I also like the fact that you can post gifs in the shout outs; it adds a little humor to make it less awkward. In addition, the rewards store has amazon gift cards. Honestly, this is the only thing that matters to me.

Cons

The notifications are annoying as they ping me about everything (no matter what) as long as it is related to Mo. And I always get confused with the "boost" button and I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly and also occasionally the application will crash when I attempt to load a picture into it.

Pros

Mo is a perfect tools to improve and promoting a cheerful and positive work environment which everyone is communicating and interacting with each other in positive way. We also use Mo to celebrating worker achievement in work and life. Event like birthday is celebrate and participated by both colleagues and managers. All this has implant a sense of belonging in worker mind and make us to stick around longer.

Cons

The changes isn't change in a day. Manager and superior need to work hard to keep things smooth and positive in workplace. Rewards distribution for over achiever need to be commensurate and make the receiver feel satisfied for their hard ward. Recognition by manager is one of the best feeling that worker can get in workplace.

Pros

Recognizing employees performance, engaging with employees, celebrating team success and rewarding top performance employees is all easy and reliable when using Mo. The reward gifted to me to celebrate my project success is really a mood booster, I really happy when my work is appreciated by the higher-ups and not gone unnoticed.

Cons

Limited gift card option to redeem. I can only choose from few popular brand gift card from the catalogue, I think they need to customized the gift card option that can cater user from different country and more local brand to participate.

Exceptional experience. We love to use Mo as the communication platform for us to socialize and engage with each other.

Pros

Mo provide us with simple yet powerful platform which employees and colleagues can communicate easily and engaging in casual environment. Loves the "Moments" features that help to improves collaboration, celebrating important event and recognize colleagues best work for company. It is fun when we can communicate and connect with colleagues to create a meaningful workplace and stress free work environment. Reward incentive is by far the most exiting features that allow manager to gives reward for best performing worker.

Cons

Limited option in the reward category section. Most of the reward is only available for foreign country and not many option is available for my country.

Using Mo for employee's performance analysis and to recognize worker with high performance and valuable for company growth is the main reason why we use Mo. Celebrating employees' success, employee engagement and rewarding successful worker for their achievement with incentive and ensure all their hard work is noticed by the manager.

Need an active manager that engage with employees and together celebrating each moment that their team achieve.

We have straight-up issue with employees engagement and communication after Mo's deployment. The rewarding system give an extra boost in worker performance.

Pros

Collecting employees feedback and engaging with their voice and needs is easy by using Mo. Not only that, giving reward to hard working employees is straighforward with Mo's reward system.

Loved the gamification tools on the platform that make us to compete for recognition. Work celebration and personal achievement are both celebrate in here.

Pros

Mo's helped to unleash worker hidden potential by rewarding top performance worker with amazing incentive and rewards. Me and my team keep hustling to be the best to be awarded with gift from our manager each months. The process to redeem the reward is easy and everything is process digitally.

Cons

I have no experience with things that I dislike with Mo. It is straightforward to use, transparent worker performance evaluation.

Mo help us to overcome issues with communication and relationship between colleagues. It also work as a main platform for recognition and reward distribution.

Pros

Train workers to accept community vibes or family type of interaction in workplace is the big benefits of Mo platform. It really has increase our communication, both in professional setting or when we interact in social settings environment. Easy dashboard navigation to share life update, celebrate colleagues special day or to recognize achievement make Mo is very suitable for our organization to utilize.

Cons

No option to edit post that has been posted or delete it from public view. It is frustrating and the option should already available. I have make mistake posting comment on the public dashboard when I originally intent to post it privately to my colleague.

Share and celebrate someone significant event and occasion like birthday or work anniversary.

Pros

Mo is an excellent and most effective way to recognize colleagues and sending them recognition and appreciation message for their efforts and success. Every message that I sent isn't just a blank message, each contain point that the recipient can collect and use it to redeem a reward. Reward selection is quite okay and most of my favorite store gift card is available here.

Cons

The notification center can get messy if many people is tagging my name in the conversation. It can get hundreds of notification alert just because someone keep mentioning my name on the main chat board. I really hope there is a way to stop the notification or at least to pause it for several hours or days.
