is a popular business phone system because of the extensive collection of functions it provides. The platform's user-friendliness, effectiveness in managing calls, capacity to integrate with other business tools, and quality of service have all been lauded. Some customers have complained about bugs and expensive plans, however this is not the case for everyone and may be attributable to different needs and usage patterns. In general, it would appear that JustCall is an effective and trustworthy company phone system.

Pros

It's convenient that lets us drop voicemails when we call and automates the majority of our text messages thanks to the platform's capabilities. In my day-to-day activities, I have been able to shave off a significant amount of time thanks to it.

Cons

For unknown reasons, some numbers may be blocked from dialing through . I have to manually dial the number when this occurs, but thankfully it does so infrequently.

Overall very good, very few technical issues and is a huge step up from the program I used previously.

Pros

It is easy to use and integrates well with other platforms. Overall in my experience it would be highly recommended.

Cons

I dont really have any cons that I can think of. Occassionally the app will continue ringing on my pc when I have answered a call from my cell phone and I have to close everything out to get it to stop.

We were long time customers of and decided to upgrade our account. After upgrading, we realized it did not contain the features we were looking for. When we emailed them 1 day after signing, they sent a lengthy email threatening their legal team to get involved after rendering 0 services. Unethical company and clearly desperate for money, wouldn't trust them ever again and went with a competitor after this experience.

Pros

the application had a lot of features that are similar to competitors in their industry, These features worked for the most part

Cons

Very aggressive sales process with lacking fulfillment team. They will try to pressure you with their legal team if something doesn't go your way

Pros

I don't recommend for anybody serious about getting a good dialer. Just spend a few extra dollars per month and get something that works as advertised. Tons of broken/unreliable features, and they obviously know it. Most complaints get routed directly to DEVELOPERS, which is a sign of an unfinished product. This company is based in India, which is notorious for taking unfinished/unpolished SaaS to market too early. It's also why they ask for videos of everything, so they can constantly fix the next broken feature.Support is fast but mostly useless; they need a video so they can send it to a dev, and then tell you that nothing was ever broken 3 days later. So you're basically paying them to be their beta tester.This software is PURE trash for live transfers, especially if you want to track your stats relating to them. The feature is so poorly executed, that it should be removed. I spent almost a month on support calls with no resolution in the end. We couldn't even get the custom wait music to work. This is an unfinished product and cheaply made.

Pros

The ease of use, UI, speed of setup, and chat support were exceptional. There was always somebody to reach within 10 minutes via chat.

Cons

Marketed as a finished end-to-end product, but it's perpetually broken. It's practically still in beta. - Most of the features do not work in . - The Admin seat is full price, even if the admin makes no calls. Total waste of $$$.- You can't upload custom wait music in the Sales Dialer, and the wait music they provide by default is an awkward 4-second loop. - Transferring a call COMPLETELY breaks the reporting and analytics. If your business model relies on transferring DO NOT use this software.- Some of the support agents don't know the software that well. My onboarding person didn't guide the call properly, and I had to go through another onboarding session to get a simple question answered.- Anytime you have an issue, you'll be asked to reproduce it and create a video for it. I've never seen a software company do this so often. It's very inefficient, time-consuming, and unprofessional. It's what a BETA tester would ask, not a supposedly established SaaS company.- The software is unstable due to the poor network it's on; they try to gaslight you when you complain about dropped calls. I have a 400Mbps/20Mbps connection. That's fast. My agents have 40Mbps/5Mbps connections. We switched to PhoneBurner, which only needs a 5Mbps/5Mbps, and have been blazing through calls without fail.

did not win my business, it lost it. I gave it a chance due to its cheap price, but in the end, JustCall was a waste of money. I regret the decision. I have switched to PhoneBurner, and it's been absolutely perfect for my business. Just pay the extra money and get PhoneBurner.

I signed up for with the intent to evaluate the platform for my team of eight users. What followed was a frustrating and time-wasting experience that ultimately led me to abandon the service entirely. Despite upgrading to a Pro plan that advertised 1,000 included minutes, I was blocked from making calls due to a negative credit balance. The support team’s explanation was convoluted at best — citing a mix of free trial credit usage, unclear billing practices, and a requirement to maintain a minimum account balance, even just to access the bundled minutes. My questions were repeatedly sidestepped or answered with generic responses that did not address my core concerns. The reports they shared showed call activity during the free trial period — before the paid subscription even began — yet I was told this usage depleted my credits and prevented me from using the service I had just paid for. Worse, the billing system lacked transparency. There was no way for me to track credit usage in real time, and the reports had to be manually exported by their internal team. It’s unacceptable to require customers to pay for something they can't monitor or verify on their own. After spending hours trying to get clarity and encountering more confusion than help, I’ve decided to move on. JustCall lost my business and any future potential for our team. I wouldn’t recommend this platform to anyone expecting a straightforward, well-supported, or transparent VoIP solution.

Pros

Unfortunately if there are any positives, they would not overshadow the absolutely terrible experience provided by this company.

Cons

The customer service was so deceptive and inconsistent I became convinced that they were engaged in a pattern of fraud or at the very least willful gross negligence.

Pros

I like because anyone on our team can login to the browser and see which team member is on the line and see who they are on the line with. We also utilize the fax feature which is convenient to have all on one login. We also use the texting feature a lot with our clients which makes it easier to communicate with certain clients and it is through the business number and anyone on our team can reply/ see the messages which is helpful. It also records the calls that way you or a coworker can go back and listen to conversation. It also links to HubSpot and tracks any communications which we also utilize and is convenient to have all communications in one spot. There are a few things I have asked on customer support normally answers fast if you have any issues and follow up always. We use this app Everday as our main source of communication besides emails. We also are able to schedule the lines to be ring only during our office hours which is also very convenient.

Cons

A few downsides to just call I think we have is not being able to transfer a call directly to a voicemail. This would be a nice feature for when someone is on the line already or just can't take the call at that moment instead of it ringing to their line. Another thing I think with the faxes is that it doesn't send you a confirmation of the fax once sent.

### "Integrates well with most CRMs"

We use AgileCRM and although they integrate with Twilio, there's no mobile option, and I'm on the go a lot. We needed to be able to answer at the desk and on the go at the same time. By not using the telephony features in Agile, we are able to go with their cheapest plain, which saves money. JC integrates pretty will, although there's no way to do automated sms campaigns from Agile via JC. The integration allows us to look at the customer history which also displays emails, notes, deals and anything else we want. We used to have to search many places to see conversations, but now we can just look at the history in Agile since it includes phone calls and texts.

Pros

JC is very versatile in that it offers the ability to make calls from an app, cell phone or desktop. This allows us to quickly switch from one platform to another. It also integrates pretty will with our CRM which means we can see call and texting information along with other client history.

Cons

The call quality is subpar, but acceptable, especially from the app. They say that my internet is too slow, but I never had these issues with my previous provider. However, I've found a way around this, and that is to forward to a Google Voice number rather than ring the app. This way, it isn't using my LTE signal. Luckily, the main people answering calls are stationary and on strong wifi, so it's not a huge problem for me as the owner. However, we still have random glitches where we'll answer and no one is there or we try to answer and it doesn't work. But this only happens maybe once per week, so again, not a huge deal. We put up with these things because there isn't a good alternative if we want to continue. integrating the phone with out CRM.

Pros

Plenty of features, all combined into a single platform. Customer service is typically quick to respond, although can take a few hours in some days. Features provided are usually not available in many other similar products and competitors, such as live monitoring for example, or bulk SMS.

Cons

High cost. Every call, text, whether incoming or outgoing, costs money and is counted towards your monthly bill with . Use of features is not as easily accessible or understandable, mainly because of less demand in some features, but also because of the technology used to implement those features with your CRM. Such as individual CRM integrations rather than full and general integrations that cover everything through a single account.

Pros

As I work at the commercial sector of the company, my work consists of making a lot of calls while analizing information and viewing other materials, so facilitates by having everything integrated and easier to use simultaneously. Along with that, as I work mostly with international clients, I dont found any problems with international calls as it might would have normally.

Cons

I believe that sometimes it could be more practical when you finish a call, it appear automatically to call again, and not have to close by clicking in the dismiss button, because I call currently and many times as I dont get any answer I have to call again and again and this little thing slow downs the process.

Working with the folks at has been really positive. Their customer care team are extremely responsive and you don't find yourself hanging around on chats - they get back to you really quickly. I also like how positive the experience has been working their product team. We had a integration we wanted to another sales tool we were using and their team went out of their way to see if there was a work around and built out a solution over the weekend.

Pros

is easy to make calls with. You have the choice of the dialler on your browser, app or via a desk phone. It also works out from a number what the dialling code should be which when you have alot of calls to make is great for speed and ease of use. The voicemail drop is a nice feature - not the most intuitive feature to use and took a bit of reading to get set up but works nicely.

Cons

Some of the layouts and functionality feel a bit clunky and hard to read. There have been some improvements recently but feels a bit old fashioned. I really struggle getting the data I need from the analytics page it would be better to have a stronger managed package to CRMS to be able to read that data straight in those systems

Average experience and have wanted to leave but can't find a platform that offers what it has. It's have the best but 3 different platforms or settle with which has it all but is an average product with bugs I have to deal with on a DAILY basis.

Pros

I love the fact they have everything I am looking for in a call and SMS platform.

Cons

There are so many bugs and spam issues. They have quick support but it's challenging to work with their support team because you'll be talking to one person and then hours later they get off their shift and you're explaining the issue to someone else. I currently have a support ticket 4 days old with 5 different support reps who still don't understand my initial issue (even though it's in the chat thread).

I have been using them since December 2017, then suddenly changed their pricing plan structures. They automatically placed me on a plan that is 271% higher cost than I had been on and think that that is acceptable and aligned to "market standards" to do this without my consent when they have a plan more closely matching the previous price I was paying. Thats a goodbye from me for 6 years as a loyal customer

Pros

I was never a high user of the platform but it worked as required including features such as hours of operation and ease to add additional numbers

Cons

Pricing structures don't work for my business use anymore and the customer support has significantly gotten worse to a point it is not viable to rely on them for my business anymore

Oveall I am getting good results from the Text blast. Everything else I really dont use much due to the expense but The bulk sms is the best option on this platform for me.

Pros

The Mass texting and the auto dialer. IT gets expensive but you just have to limit yourself to afford the fetures.

Cons

The cost is alot. I try my best to stay away from intergrating too muchand for using too man of the options that are available. The one thing I dont like is the cost per seat., I can only affrod one extra seat because it's 460 per seat. that is really way too expensive. I can't even hire a full 5 man staff.

Reason for choosing JustCall

The Bulk SMS Opton was vjeapr and more manageable.

Sometimes it is slow to connect to the person I'm calling, but once it connects, the call it's not affecting the call quality
