Good with great responsive service. Feedback and queries answered within a reasonable timeframe. Suggestions taken into account.

Pros

The layout and ability to bulk upload data. The phone APP feature also to be able to upload information on the App.

Cons

Some reports can be more functional. Report layouts are not ideal and can be confusing. More details on the PDF reports.

ease of access of records, quick inventory, good visibility, good side bar organization, perfect integrations.

Cons

sometimes on different platforms it says garage is empty. browser seems to be the most reliable. some inventory details are not circular.

Pros

It allows for easy tracking of all our vehicles in one easy to use app and the GPS is very accurate. We use it to track everything from maintenance, to registration and driver information. And it is easy for our drivers to access and update information while on the road. Also, the customer service is amazing and they are always quick to answer our questions and very friendly.

Cons

So far, we have not had any major cons in using the system. It is a user friendly app and website that we would recommend to others.

We use AUTOsist to manage maintenance across our fleet of vehicles and it has made life a lot easier. As a growing business with multiple vans on the road every weekend, staying on top of servicing, MOTs, inspections and compliance is critical. The platform keeps everything organised in one place — service history, reminders, documents and reports. The automated alerts are particularly helpful as they reduce the risk of missing anything important. It’s simple to use, clear to navigate and works well for a business that needs visibility across multiple vehicles. Customer support has also been responsive when needed. Overall, it’s a solid system for fleet maintenance management and has helped us stay more structured and compliant.

Pros

The automated maintenance reminders and having all vehicle records stored in one place. It gives us clear visibility across our fleet, keeps us organised, and reduces the risk of missing MOTs, services or inspections. It’s simple to use and works well for a growing business managing multiple vehicles.

Cons

Pricing is slightly on the expensive side for smaller fleets. We currently only need one additional licence, but the requirement to purchase in larger bundles (minimum five) has meant we’ve held off expanding our subscription for now. More flexible licensing options would be helpful for growing businesses.

My experience with Autosist has been great, we have been using it for almost 5 years now. It has been a very important part of our operations.

Pros

AUTOsist is probably the best fleet managing software out there. Very easy to use, very easy to learn. It provides all essential and extra functions of a fleet managing software for a good price.

Cons

I have not had any issues with how AUTOsist works or with what it offers. AUTOsist gets zero complains from me.

A few years ago, we were searching for an easier way to manage our fleet. We found Autosist online, checked out the website and set up a demo. We worked with Z to get our account set up. They were very responsive and informative. Last year, we also added two of our sister branches to our account as well. The team was extremely helpful and took the time to review Autosist with each of the new offices. They were also instrumental in untangling our unique billing. Any time I reach out with a question, I am reminded how much I like working with the team at Autosist.

Pros

Autosist is very easy to use for fleet management once you get set up. The team is always very responsive and helpful. It's extremely helpful in our line of business to be able to access our fleet info via mobile app and on a desktop for information management. We really like being able to save all of our maintenance and inspection info in one place.

Cons

I don't have any cons at this time. I think the program works well. We are satisfied with customer service and how the program functions

As the new Transportation Coordinator here at ETS, I am also in charge of managing our fleet of 30 trucks and trailers. Several require DOT inspections and all require service. I researched several programs and found Autosist to be easy to use and most of what I needed. I would love to have our DOT inspection form in your templates. I tried modifying an existing template but could not make it work. It would require someone more savvy with creating forms.

Pros

It is very fuser friendly and intuitive. Tech support was great in the beginning when I needed assistance.

Cons

On date sensitive entries, the drop-down should start with the current year rather than have it listed last. Every date is usually today or in the future which requires scrolling rather than a quick click.

Very pleased . We did not have any kind of fleet maintenance software prior. The Team is very good at explaining the system. if we have an issue they are very quick to respond.

Pros

Pros : having a maintenance record for all of our school buses and school vans. Easy to look up specific vehicles . The mobile app is very useful , we don't have to be at a pc to look up information. The team is very helpful when we have a question or tech problem.

Cons

Over all I really don't have any complaints. One complaint the price we have to keep an eye on how man vehicles we have if we go over by a few it bumps us up to the next bracket.

Our experience has been really good. It has been a seamless transition for our maintenance tracking.

Pros

My favorite feature is that each driver has their own account which makes alerts easier to send out.

Cons

I’d like the folders for each vehicle to also be able to be put in groups of vehicles. For example, “Service Trucks” vs each individual vehicle in a folder.
