Overall is 10/10 I've shopped around for other solutions and no one else can compare. On either price or support.

Pros

While is becoming a larger and larger you still maintain communications with their fantastic US based support team who will do EVERYTHING in their power to chase down any issue you may have.

Cons

Rate changes can be hard to follow however that is due to the underlying processor changing and works with you to ensure smooth processing.

Very good! The contracts upon set up process were very confusing and a lot of the fees didn't pertain specifically for what we would ever need. Beyond that everything has been good.

Pros

Credit card payments are very easy to process for any user. Love that we have access to see all payments that are processed in a user-friendly portal. Highly recommend payment processing!

Cons

Portal access can't be set up for different locations by me (admin) and we have to reach out to a rep to get this set up.

Pros

Excellent customer service and communication. Easy process, support through set up and initiation of portals, simple transaction process, works well with our API and online website payments. The card reader is easy, simple and stress free for accepting payments on site.

Cons

The first card reader was defective forcing us to have to manually enter payments which was time consuming.

Easy to sign up but worst experience getting simple but critical technical issues. Support and leadership both have been disappointing ao far.

Pros

Processing rates are competitive, even though they are higher than promised. Sales team was responsive enough.

Cons

Support is extremely slow and incompetent to resolve critical issues even after 6 weeks of reporting. Even the leadership doesn't understand how much 'compliance violation' can hurt a merchant and itself.

It was easy to use. Good customer service. Quick processing times. Overall, it has been an excellent merchant account.

Cons

Onboarding to a bit of time. They requested a bunch of documents because we were considered a "high risk" business.

Pros

Lower fees Next day payment \[sensitive content hidden\] my CSR is fantastic Not overkill on the software functionality, but could be a little more sophisticated.

Cons

The POS Terminal leaves much to be desired. It constantly loses its WIFI connection even when WIFI is present and allowing several other pieces of equipment to function properly. I have had Comcast out to certify that everything is functioning correct on my end and I am on my second terminal in less than a month. Currently I am running on Bluetooth tethering to my phone to function. Extremely frustrating. I want to make this work, but I am almost out of patience.

Pros

The cost of seemed to be the best of any companies that I research, at least for law firm accounts.

Cons

Initial sales quote comparison to LawPay seemed deceptive, insofar as monthly charge was not included until I asked for a revision.

We had good experience with folks even before when it was FattMerchant they had good customer service.

Pros

Easy integration and support.. Money transfer is quick and usually is next day. We have not had any bad incidents.

Cons

There is flat fee for processing as your charges go up that means you are doing well and your monthly fee goes up which we are not crazy about..

I have enjoyed the customer support so far. It's a new system for the office and I already have a lot of questions. The terminal seems like it will be very easy to use. \[sensitive content hidden\] has made my learning curve less steep with getting the system integrated.

I don't like that is not able to integrate into our EHR system and we will now have to do more steps to take payments.

They are great with communicating with the business owner, they even helped with completing the PCI compliance forms.

No cons yet. The app and SimpleSwipe are extremely easy to use tools for payment processing. Would highly recommend

Effort needed to get to the correct customer support representative. Talking over the intrenet is a little more challenging then speaking directly with someone.

As a franchise support rep myself, the technical support team has been my point of contact and contributed most experiences.

Cons

In general, our franchise setup seemed "foreign" to (and \[sensitive content hidden\]) personell overall, but they were tenacious, and got things resolved.

Excellent experience overall. The system is simple to navigate and easy to learn. Super user friendly, and whenever a issue arises, their support staff handle it quickly and tactfully.

Pros

is by far the most user friendly payment processor I've ever used. It is quick and easy, and give customers a variety of way to submit payment. Their support staff is also fantastic. I get quick solutions and support and the techs are always friendly and knowledgeable. Navigating the system is simple and it's easy to learn all the ways to utilize the system quickly. The ability to invoice clients and email them directly is so convenient.

Cons

I have not had any cons thus far in my experience with . I've been using them for about 2 years now.

has made it easy to process payments and keep fees reasonable. Shae was really helpful with answering questions I had quickly.

Cons

The login link is really hard to get to. We have to have it copy and pasted to each other and keep it bookmarked to get into the portal. The 2MFA also has me redo it twice, so it's like a 4MFA instead.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] was extremely helpful and communicative. He went above and beyond to ensure that my request was properly completed, which is something that previous support staff did not do with me on a previous/similar request.

Cons

My previous request was not handled properly back in October, so my request was not completed in that first ticket due to a less-helpful Support Specialist named \[sensitive content hidden\] (this person may need additional training on better supporting customers and problem-solving). This first request for help was never completed, and I ended up being ghosted.

Their support people are excellent. Only problem is there's not enough of them so it takes forever to get a call back.

Cons

Their billing policies are less than optimal. If you don't press them on billing issues, they won't get resolved.
