Had a great experience with Review Wave. If my current EHR did not have a built in functionality to do what Review Wave does, I would still have it!

Pros

Review Wave is a reach out campaign juggernaut. The opportunity to connect and re-connect with prospective and current patients is the best I have seen on the market!

Cons

Review Wave is more expensive, and with more campaign options comes more time needed to set things up. It is mostly user friendly, but can seem complicated.

Overall, this is a great software for 2-way communication with customers and automated appointment reminders. I do like the ability to schedule marketing messages, but there is definite room for improvement in this area.

Pros

I like the text message automations and the ability to schedule marketing messages to practice members.

Cons

Their email editor is really archaic and does not allow you to send test messages and is a little hard to use.

I would NOT use Aloha / Review Wave. They are average in effectiveness and terrible at customer service.

Pros

Did okay at reaching out to patients for reviews. Texting was the most helpful feature.

Cons

Most of the reviews were internal reviews for review wave which did not mean anything. Once they left an internal review, most people DID NOT want to go leave a Google review. WATCH OUT FOR CANCELLATION CONTRACTS! I changed EHR contracts and had to pay almost $1000 in cancellation fees when I needed to leave. They require 60 day cancellation. They Do Not Care.

Amazing. Great support, quick availability, help with forms.

Pros

Great support, intuitive interface, integrates into Platinum and website. Also has an app so patients can control their appointments. Appointment reminders go out by email and text from our office phone number that patient's can reply directly to.

Cons

Dynamic forms are amazing, but tedious to put together. Could be an easier process.

Reasons for choosing Review Wave

SKED lacked some features that ReviewWave had, including the lack of ability to receive texts from people NOT in your database. To SKED's credit, I let them know the reasons I had to leave their platform and they implemented all of the changes I suggested within a few months.

Pros

We love Review Wave. Getting the Google reviews has been a great boost our office was needing.

Cons

There isn’t much I don’t like. It has great function in all aspects.

We enjoy the ease of messaging our patients! The best feature is being able to forward the phones and being able to see who we missed calls from and even seeing the voicemail.

I am overall satisfied with Review Wave. We have upgraded services since starting with them since they have gained our confidence.

Pros

Review Wave is pretty easy to use and has a lot of capabilities. I also like that we could start at a lower cost tier and move up or down based on needs.

Cons

The review texting process does require my office staff to inform patients that they will need to follow the link after they respond to the initial text feedback request. Most people don't realize that they haven't actually completed a Google or Facebook review when they respond to the initial text.

Great service to use at the time when we needed it, and would go back if we ever had a need.

Pros

The integration with our system at the time was wonderful and streamlined our work flow.

Cons

When we switched to CT Cloud, some things were not integrated well or became extra things we no longer needed.
