I wish Upper Management at PMI would've asked for input before buying this knock-off of Salesforce. Pros What I liked about it was that it was very easy to customize. All you need to do is look for the "..." button, and nearly anything and everything can be changed. Cons The flow wasn't ideal, and you had to use Dynamics 365 Business Central to create quotes or invoices. Salesforce has everything all together in one system and is SO much easier. The dashboard was very average and was one of few things I couldn't customize.
