It is a CRM tool that is very compatible with Microsoft. Overall, it is very convenient to use, time-efficient, and I am confident that it is a tool that can help a company grow. There is no other tool as convenient for managing customers. Although setting it up takes some time, its strong advantages outweigh the inconvenience.

Pros

Dynamics 365 is suitable for large organizations. Its integration with other Microsoft products is excellent. Once adapted to the system, it becomes very convenient and time-efficient.

Cons

It can be cumbersome due to the need for specific settings. For small groups, the cost may be burdensome.
