Professional system that allows for big data, good flows and lots of opportunities to continue to optimize workflows. Many important add-ons that need to be configured

Cons

Often times there is another add-on, that it is easy to forget about needing configuration, because the native solution does not support certain function.

Powerful and feature rich tool, especially with the fact that it integrates plenty of tools withing it that are pretty useful for team collaboration when needed. The Start took some time to get adjusted to and learn, but it was worth it

Pros

The platform is a kind of all in one solution, offering many tools in one. I like that Microsoft softwares like Excel, LinkedIn, Teams and so on are integrated directly in Dynamics 365. Collaboration is a huge plus.

Cons

The learning curve is complex for beginners. The price for it is expensive. Performance can sometimes be problematic if you are working with large data.

Been using since 2009 and find it essential in helping us run our business, manage customers, lead, and for marketing purposes.

Pros

Easy to customize software to add new fields and even new entities. Ability to integrate with other software applications including Microsoft Outlook.

Cons

Getting some of the email integration to work can take some work but is doable. Email is important for getting historical record of communications with customers, leads, etc.

Overall, I hardly use Dynamics 365 anymore now given its failings and even though I wish I could've mastered the app, they don't make it easy on the user.

Pros

I've always liked its robust reputation and big-picture business management system as well as integration with other 365 brand apps.

Cons

I even more dislike now the overstuffed features and functionality of the app is, wasting time and not generating any useful insights for my own private business.

The whole process of converting from an in-house software to Dynamics 365 was so seamless. Maybe a few minor glitches but the Support team were able to easily get around whatever it was that caused the glitch. They were a great team.

Pros

Great ease of use, easy to learn and easy to convert from another software. So many ways to look information up.

Cons

I can't say there was anything I didn't like about D365

This application does not become easy to use immediately after it is installed, and can be somewhat difficult to learn for those using it. Also, the interface has become much more streamlined, but it is that the software has so many features to sift through. Overall I like Dynamics 365 products, CRM is made well, it has compatibility and connections with Outlook, PowerAutomate is giving more options to update data which was not available before.

Pros

The seamless compatibility of Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products, including Power BI, Azure, and Office 365 has benefits for real-time business information flow among different processes, which enhances collaboration and work productivity. It also could have embedded AI capabilities for analytic and automation purposes, which allows our organization have less manual labor.

Cons

Customer service is taking too long to resolve the reported issues.

The highlight is the integration with the complete Microsoft office package.

Cons

to have the ability to integrate with some of our other non Microsoft applications would be more than handy. This isn't always possible though.

It require significant training. Sometimes too many clicks to complete tasks and Navigation isn’t always intuitive

Very easy to customize for a businesses needs.

Cons

The version we were using was a bit archaic and did not allow the employee to view their employee details in the system.
