The Start took some time to get adjusted to and learn, but it was worth it Pros The platform is a kind of all in one solution, offering many tools in one. I like that Microsoft softwares like Excel, LinkedIn, Teams and so on are integrated directly in Dynamics 365. Collaboration is a huge plus. Cons The learning curve is complex for beginners. Cons Getting some of the email integration to work can take some work but is doable. Also, the interface has become much more streamlined, but it is that the software has so many features to sift through. Overall I like Dynamics 365 products, CRM is made well, it has compatibility and connections with Outlook, PowerAutomate is giving more options to update data which was not available before. Pros The seamless compatibility of Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products, including Power BI, Azure, and Office 365 has benefits for real-time business information flow among different processes, which enhances collaboration and work productivity. It also could have embedded AI capabilities for analytic and automation purposes, which allows our organization have less manual labor.
