I have used on both personal and work computer, my personal is Core I7 with 6G RAM but still having hard time when loading it.

Pros

very reliable and robust, user-friendly. I would like to say this is the best collection ever for Microsoft products

Cons

Licensing and product size on the device is very hard for some old PCs. I would like to have smaller memory occupating for this on my pc.

Pros

We were fortunate enough to have a few people supporting CRM and customizing the tool to our needs and process flows and it works better than it did out of box. I like how we can connect our sales tool to our OpenAir tool when sales opportunities are high and need Resources aligned.

Cons

The tool could use better contact organization structure and to be able to require fields from subgrids.

Pros

In terms of database management, Dynamics is extremely customisable and is easily the only option. Large teams that need to utilise it for many purposes and who need to track emails can use it efficiently.

Cons

It is challenging to get everyone up and running because there are so many customising choices. It can be challenging to manage permissions, and occasionally only one person or a small team may be able to significantly alter a situation.

Our overall experience with Dynamics itself have been very good. We use a customized version which tracks our inventory and invoices. Migrating a database can be nerve-racking, but we have not had any major issues.

Pros

Dynamics is a great software that allows for third party customization specific to your industry.

Cons

Dynamics does not travel well over a wide area network (MPLS). We had to leverage Citrix to deliver it in a usable fashion.

Pros

I am a HUGE Microsoft fan- my absolute favorite thing is that you're able to access files on any device. If I create a document on my phone, I'm able to view it correctly on my computer and tablet, without any issues. You can add and take away any part that you don't need- clearing clutter from your workspace.

Cons

I really don't have any cons- it's a great platform for businesses to keep track of everything. It's a catch all- that can be customized and streamlined.

Dynamics allows you to adopt a Hybrid Cloud Strategy mixing and matching for optimal performance and security.

Pros

Dynamics has of course been optimised for compatibility with MS products and performance does tend to take a slight hit if anything else is used.

Cons

Unlike many competitors in the world of CRM, Dynamics is not cloud born and bred, this has meant in turn that not only has Dynamics been late to the cloud it is also playing catch up, only adding social functionality quite recently.

The price point is really good for this software. It's very user friendly and does what it says it will. It is easily used with other Microsoft products.

Cons

I think Salesforce is much easier to use and doesn't take as long to update. The premise edition is very difficult and painfully time consuming to update.

Updates to the system that will break feature that previously worked. Getting caught up in customizing the software.

Cons

the software is difficult to use and requires some expertise to manage. for an organization with a small IT department, this might be a serious problem. Dynamics requires plenty of support. With the advent of cloud services that take a lot of the back office management off your hands, Dynamics feels old and unnecessarily hard to use.

Pros

The most impact on the software is i can use offline. Yes its easy to use if you are familiar of the software. As a clerk its quit easy since I'm usually using the microsoft anytime of the week to make my work easy and fast.

Cons

Its better if the software could improved a litte bit. The aspects of the product is not difficult you just need only a little bit of patient to study. The integration of process for my business using the product is quit good.

I like that Dynamics CRM is compatible with third-party applications, such as Excel. The program has a user-friendly interface, so initially it was easy to start using without prior study.

Cons

Mobile phone application is significantly inferior to the main program. Other similar CRM provides an order of magnitude greater number of tools and settings.

It's clunky, slow, and not terribly intuitive, but gets the job done, and is way cheaper than salesforce.

Pros

It's a real alternative to salesforce--it's got the vision of having the bells and whistles, even if it's not quite there.

Cons

It's clearly growing and things that should be easy--like a clean mobile version, are just coming out.

Pros

I love how easily connected and simple it is to use. Microsoft overall is a great software. I couldn't live without their word document on my laptop nor on my smart phone.

Cons

I think one of the cons is its price. Also I can see how it can be a bit difficult for users that are nit usually familiar with the software.

Pros

1) ERP on cloud is exciting 2) We dont need to worry about D365 upgrade or SQL maintenance since Microsoft is taking care it. 3) SAAS based architecture. 4) From developers standpoint, creating dockers image provides developer access to latest image and we dont have to wait for 6 months to check code compatibility.

Cons

1) D365 Business central Docker images crashes some times and its so difficult to debug it and the errors are not developers friendly. 2) expecting the developers to create new image every 90 days is time consuming.

Pros

This product is very User Friendly, and pairs very well with other Microsoft products. Everything about this product, from the view to the reports, is very customizable.

Cons

Does not pare well with non-Microsoft products. While this is not an issue for me personally, I can understand how it would be for others who use products other than Microsoft.
