Pros Betterworks has a clean & easy to navigate interface & layout. I thoroughly enjoyed that it has a lot of added value for the prices they ask for subscriptions. Their customer support features are not only helpful, but extensive & on point. Cons Their subscription peices couldve been slightly better than what they are right now. However, theyre still not too expensive that they take away from the overall value of the app itself. It keeps me accountable and makes communication with the team about goals so much clearer. It’s not perfect, but it’s a tool I actually see myself using long-term instead of abandoning after a couple of weeks. Pros What I like the most about Betterworks is how it helps keep everyone on the same page. The goal tracking is super clear, and it makes it way easier to align with teammates without feeling lost. It actually motivates me to check in more often and stay focused on performance. Cons The platform can feel a little overwhelming at first. There are so many features that it takes time to figure out what you really need. I also think the rewards/gift card system could be a bit more engaging—it feels kind of basic compared to other tools.
