I’ve attended many interviews and meetings and it’s usually a seemless process. January 17, 2025 3.0 It is good altogether just security concerns. The streaming quality and meeting provision is instantaneous. Free version has 45 min of meet time only. Pros The meeting platform has a support and great compatibility across devices and OS. Be it browser or application base i have used the service without any compatibility issue.Streaming quality is good Cons UI is not friendly and too busy. Mic glitch is evident sometimes. We have successfully hosted many webinars with Zoom and never faced issues with video, audio or audience interaction. Pros It's a very good platform for hosting webinars and virtual events, or video conferencing with a very large number of participants. If you have a stable internet connection, Zoom offers exceptional video and audio quality. Customisable registration, ticketing, in-event chat, live polling and Q&A makes it a very versatile application. Cons It's a bit expensive. If you have 100+ participants the cost goes up further. If you are hosting a paid event it's usually fine but it's too much to spend for free events or internal events. The software also utilizes many options, such as voice call only (without video) when joining your conference call, in which your preferred profile picture shows up in your place. It also allows for listening in on the meeting while muted, allowing the user to multitask while they are joined in on the meeting. Cons Perhaps the software can use some improvement when it comes to the aesthetics within the functionalities of the software. I am currently using it to organize my meetings and my manager uses Zoom as well so it’s effective to have clients on the same platform. Pros It is so easy to organize a meeting with as many people as I can. I just need to generate a meeting ID and a password and give it to my team and they can access the meeting anywhere via any device. I get notifications as well when people are waiting to join the meeting. One click and they enter the room. Really helpful. Cons Zoom has its own calendar where I can see the meetings but it is not linked to the calendar in my phone.
