### "Great for automating standard replies to guests"

I am using AirGMS primarily to help automate some messaging tasks with AirBnB guests. This will definitely help with my business going forward especially when I am travelling and cannot always reply as quickly as I would like.

Pros

Facility to set up an auto-reply feature for AirBnB.

Cons

The auto-reply feature for AirBnB is a great start but it does not yet have sufficient granularity. I will often still have to follow up the auto-reply with a more personal message to guests. However, I like the fact that because the auto-reply has been sent in a timely fashion my AirBnB rating will not be adversely affected by those occasional times when I can't personally respond immediately.

I am using the free version, because at the moment I am only managing my own apartment, so one listing, but it is saving me so much time and effort! The templates and automatic replies functions are amazing!

Cons

Visually, the reviews page is not beautiful, but it gets the job done!

Full functionality. The ability to add as many team members as I need is useful. I also like how I can give different team members access to different functionality.

Cons

No app for phone. Text reminders would be useful feature. It's a little expensive if you have a lot of listings.

Calls from your new friend in Saskatchewan everyday until you pick up the phone.

Pros

I like that AirGMS has all the bells and whistles, pricing, team management, communication, and attempts to have EVERYTHING YOU COULD THINK OF.

Cons

Having everything is also a con. It doesn't really feel focused. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to DO when I have it. Theres no guided tours, no identification of areas that are intuitive, and it certainly isn't very user friendly. I apparently need a Bachelor's in Tourism and Hotel Management to run the platform. It feels powerful, but antiquated. The salespersons call you all the time. I need an online tutorial, if I want, and simply just want to get going on my own. I know how to use a computer, this isn't my first rodeo. The interface and UIX could use some work. Kind of clunky, and could use some freshening up. The tabs on the left are tiny, there isn't a home "dashboard," with an update of all the pertinent info I need to see at a glance, and overall, a bit cumbersome. Lastly, there's not much communication about pricing and the trial / progress. You're immediately greeted with a payment dialogue screen immediately upon ending hope you remembered when this will be, because there's no communication about it.

Relatively cheap Sometimes responsive support

Cons

1\. There's no support phone line. Sometimes the chat support is not responsive. 2. iGMS randomly unblocked our property several times (we blocked due to long term tenant). This issue caused a booking on the day of that cannot be cancelled, ultimately causing monetary damage to our company.

I like that some just getting started can use this software for free until they grow to 4+ listings.

Cons

I feel like the App is lacking a bit in functionality and their could be more functionalities for employees and such.

The time I save when I manage my airbnb rooms is just amazing. I love the fact that I use 1 app to manage 4 different properties.

Pros

The fact that activities from my airbnb are reflected real time on my IGMS and better still for several accounts... I love the reliability it has guaranteed me so far!

Cons

I have not yet encountered great cons yet. However I would highly encourage IGMS to allow managing of booking.com accounts too!!

Reason for choosing iGMS

It enables me to manage several rooms in one app and allows me to make cool auto replies and auto reviewing!!

Great backup platform that integrates fully with Airbnb and VRBO.

Pros

Easy to pair and integrate with STR platforms. Nice to have a backup and reminder for reservation inquiries and bookings, along with messages sent through the platforms from travelers. Calendar also integrates with STR platforms.

Cons

No negative concerns at this time. The software is very robust and dependable.

it has a lot of the basic features i've seen in other similar tools

Cons

automated messaging as a function is not as easy as with other tools to setup. It's not top level menu item, and kinda sitting under other functions and you have to dig a bit deeper to find it.

The support team are amazing. Every query or bug discovered has been dealt with very promptly, can not fault their support at all, one of the best teams I have had to deal with.

Pros

The integration with AirBNB, VRBO and others make this software a great option. It’s easy to use, straight forward and easy to pickup and learn without lessons. The price and calendar synchronisation saves so much time. The Team management feature for cleaners and maintenance is also a great feature.

Cons

Currently no option to link to our own website but this is under development apparently.

I got to the point with my Airbnb rentals where I really just wanted to step away. I did all the hard work and when it came time to let it run its self I was skeptical that it was even possible after hearing mixed reviews from so many other software providers. In the end iGMS was like a personal assistant who worked for wayyy under minimum wage! It was like having a management company at the tips of my fingers- except I got to run it consistently exactly how I wanted and after it was set up the margin for error was eliminated.

Pros

iGMS was easy to use and made my business run seamlessly. Without it I would have spent more time than the software subscription cost and with it I save time and also have more piece of mind.

Cons

Nothing. Of course price is always some kind of issue for everyone but for me this software was well worth it. It literally paid for its self over and over each month.

\- no feedback once a cleaner accepts a cleaning event for the manager (not yet)
