The software merges easily with our payroll and our employees have had no issues learning and using the system. Pros It is easy to use and I love the reminders when I should clock in, the ease of use between mobile and desktop is wonderful. I can clock my time and see where I need to adjust before the end of pay period. The times I have had to contact customer service my issues were resolved very quickly and professionally. Our Employees enjoy the ability to self correct and report. In looking into many time tracking systems Jibble just made the most sense with ease of use and value for the money spent. Cons I really had no issue with Jibble, the only learning curve we saw was the calendar itself starts on a Monday and it was a little adjustment just to remember to start on Monday noy a typical Sunday as normal calendars. As a freelance artist I set my prices based on the amount of time it takes me to complete a commission. The problem is I'm not very good at keeping track of times plus breaks. With Jibble I can easily press the buttons that correlate to clocking in and out. The automatic timer helps keep an accurate track of my hours for me. Pros I love that Jibble is easy to navigate, use, and understand. Even as a free user I am able to keep track of my hours and breaks as a freelancer. Cons The thing I dislike the most about Jibble is that you can not input your time in, breaks, and time out all at once. I find myself constantly getting a error, which adds unnecessary steps to the process of keeping track of time. The app makes it very easy on my employees. Pros Easy to use. Free for most of whats necessary. Made it much easier for staff to clock hours, especially if they forgot and had to do it at home. Very useful to download hour tracking in a spreadsheet and manage employee schedules. Cons I wish the excel spreadsheets exported with formulas. Having to edit them is a bit of a pain. The free plan is genuinely impressive and has been a massive help in the current climate — it’s given us the structure of a proper time system without adding extra cost. It’s reliable, easy to manage, and the team actually uses it without fuss. Pros Ease of use. It’s simple for the team to pick up straight away, and it’s made tracking time and attendance far more consistent. The reporting is clear, and it’s saved us loads of admin time each week. Cons Honestly, not much. A few of the more advanced features are (understandably) locked behind the paid plans, and we’d love a bit more flexibility in report customisation/export formats — but for day-to-day use it does exactly what we need. The features such as geolocations would cost a lot from other products. Cons To be honest, there really isn't anything that I don't like with this product. I don't know how they make any money, but I hope that they don't shut it down as I use it a lot. It's the only service that's made it possible to track door-to-door sales people without actually having to physically be there and check in on the. The combination of Jibble and actual results (such as appointments set with customers) speaks for itself. You can eliminate people who aren't a "good fit" much quicker, and keep the strong ones on. Pros I love that it pings people every couple of minutes or so. I have been able to weed out employees who are milking the clock, and doing personal things on company time. It's impossible for me to manage a door to door (hourly + commission) team from my office, but with Jibble its been made possible, and even easy. Cons I really can't think of any cons at this time. The only minor inconvenience for me and it's not a big deal at all - I just forget to change it - is when I print off weekly time cards its automatically set at a different setting (hours wise) and I always have to re print them. I use hundredths to two decimal places for employee hours. If it was in company settings that would be cool and then i'd not have to change it each week to print off the report. Again though this is a ME issue not jibble - the app is great. When I first got it some employees were saying the facial recognition was not working or letting them clock in - I am not entirely sure that's all true though. Due to the features of the app that allowed me to see where people are in real time - it ended with those two employees no longer working here. SO I take their comments about that with a grain of salt - worked fine on my phone. It's not a good fit for us, it was glitchy and did not have good performance at all. I was not impressed. The reports were poor. Pros As an employee, Jibble allows you to properly and accurately track your time so you know how much effort you're putting into different projects and tasks, and share this information with your employers. Pros It is easy to log in and out and if I forget to log out I can do so from my phone and then update it later! I have tried both paid and free version. I think both are a great value for the money! If you need additional task management functions then the paid version is fantastic. Basic time tracking is perfectly functional under the free version so I think that is a great place to start if you want to see what Jibble has to offer. I can edit my entries within the month, and I can use it on the mobile or on the web. Cons I use to add 'Manual Time Entry', the option to add it is hard to find, and we have to click on timesheets, then select daily to see the option. Once you have the option, it can't be easier. I'd like to have the option in the dashboard, the same as the 'clock in.' Pros Nice tracking app, the mobile interface is simple to use for clocking in and out . Their free plan is generous and allows to track time for multiple users without a limit to number of people.
