One of the biggest positives is how easy it is to set up and grow your team. Adding new technicians or removing ones who’ve moved on is quick and straightforward, which makes managing changes painless. The technicians picked up the app pretty quickly, clocking in and out is simple, and I really like the geofence feature that ensures they’re actually on-site. The photo capture when clocking in is also a nice accountability feature. On the downside, there are a few usability things that could be improved. As a salaried manager, I don’t need to track my own time, but I still show up in the timesheets, which feels unnecessary. Approving time off also wasn’t very intuitive, I had to click around a bit before I found the right place to do it. The interface has quite a few different pages, and it can be a little cluttered, especially on the left-hand navigation. Some features are part of paid upgrades, which is completely understandable, but it would help if those options were clearly greyed out. Right now, it’s easy to accidentally click into something only to realize it’s not included, then have to backtrack. I haven’t used the invoicing or admin features yet. Right now I’m mainly using Jibble to hold my team accountable for showing up on time and working full shifts, and it does that job well. If you need additional task management functions then the paid version is fantastic. Pros Jibble is very easy to use and quick to set up. The time tracking is straightforward, the interface is clean, and it works well across devices. I especially like how simple it is for employees to clock in and out without confusion.
