Create reports and set location. Pros Easy to use. We use the free Jibble and it works perfectly for what we need. Easy to sign in and out. If we need to amend the time, this is easy to do so. We pull the report up at the end of the month, which then lets us know our overtime. We can set if for location, which again is good for the team as we work at home and in the office. Cons Would like more features for the free access. At times I struggle to download the report on the laptop but can easily do on the mobile access. Cons Sometimes we find that the Jibble App keeps crashing, but this is usually when a software update is due. We just reinstall the app and it works fine. I've had no faults with jibble really bar the face id thing mentioned. Bar that it's a great app. Pros Its great value for money, and the user interface makes it really easy to use. I think the fact it allows you to use your face as a sign in is great. Cons I think it could do with a better face verification setup. Maybe use the test page as the same way apple does for face ID? Even if we are showing it, can it be made bigger so it is easier to click not now / ignore? It is an excellent system that helps us manage our workforce efficiently without adding further pressure to our costs. For a small business, having access to a free platform that works this well is genuinely valuable. Delivering the long-awaited visitor kiosk would make an already strong platform even better. Pros As an SME, particularly when cash flow is tight in the current economy, having access to such a capable platform free of charge makes a massive difference. Jibble is easy to use, reliable and works extremely well for our business. Cons I would love to see the visitor kiosk finally come to fruition. It has been described as only weeks away from launching for nearly a year, which has become frustrating. Clearer and more realistic development updates would be appreciated. I am just starting to scratch the surface of this tool and it does have a lot of promise. Pros Jibble offers a robust set of features and integrations that make it incredibly easy for a small team to track time and bill for work. It also seamlessly handles holiday and sickness tracking. The free plan is exceptionally generous and doesn't feel restrictive, while still offering a clear, easy upgrade path as your business grows. Cons Honestly, I haven't encountered any significant drawbacks yet. Since we are still just scratching the surface of what the tool can do, we haven't run into any major limitations. It currently does exactly what we need it to do. We havent tried a lot of the integrations or advanced features as we currently dont need them, this might be were it could fall down.
