We acquired HQ Car Rental Software about 10 months ago, and it has definitely transformed our organization. It has given us much better oversight of the company, especially when it comes to managing reservations and daily operations. I would highly recommend HQ Car Rental Software to any rental company without hesitation. On top of that, their customer service is excellent—always responsive and helpful whenever we need support.

Pros

User-friendly while still being powerful. It gives us complete control over our company operations, making everything smoother and more organized. The system also feels very secure, which is important for managing our data, and it offers great value for money considering all the features it provides.

Cons

There isn’t anything major that we didn’t like. Any small challenges we faced in the beginning were quickly resolved thanks to their excellent customer support.

HQ is a user-friendly software, with the customer service/front office module allowing relative smooth onboarding of new employees.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] offers a comprehensive overview of the issues and provides ways to solve problems that are important to our company. We love solution-oriented people.

Cons

Some of the reports are not customizable, which does not allow flexibility when seeking reports to support our tax requirements

My overall experience has been very positive so far. HQ Rental Software is helping me build a scalable foundation for managing private vehicle rentals professionally. The system aligns well with my business goals of improving operational control, customer management, and long-term growth outside of third-party platforms. Pros

The biggest advantage is having a centralized system that professionalizes my private rental operations. It allows me to move beyond spreadsheets and marketplace dependency into a structured business model. He took the time to understand my business goals and ensured I could properly configure the system to support private rentals. His responsiveness and professionalism made a major difference in my experience.

Overall, it has been a very positive experience. The support from the HQ team has been excellent, and their assistance is almost always immediate, which makes a big difference in day-to-day operations.

Pros

What I like most is how easy it is to implement. In less than one week, we were able to learn how to use it and start implementing it in our business. It’s also a very flexible system, which adapts well to our operational needs.

Cons

I would like to have the option to use availability placeholders or “wildcards”, which would allow us to manage controlled overbooking in specific situations.

Great experience, haven nothing bad to say about it. There we some flaws but they were fixed in the way.

Pros

Simple system, fast solutions and responses from the staff, whole system is worth the amount you are paying, peoples information is safe and secure. Whole rental flee is way easier to manage and control.

Cons

Occasional slow load times on large reports. Mobile app is limited compared with desktop. Some advanced features require extra modules or costs. Reporting/customization has a learning curve. I liked it overall, but the mobile features are limited, reporting is complex to customize.

Great experience. I tried two other softwares before I went with HQ rentals and let me tell you, I don't know what I would have done without these guys.

Pros

Everything is easy to navigate and very intuitive, it's like they thought of everything. \[sensitive content hidden\] tied everything together for me in a way I could understand.

Cons

The biggest con i'd say is that the system will log you out way too fast. This can be a bit of a pain when trying to get things done.

What I like most about HQ Rental Software is how easy it is to manage our entire rental operation in one place. Cons

At the beginning, there were many options and tools, so the learning process took some time. However, once everything was set up and we understood the system better, it became smooth and very efficient.
