Support is practically non-existent. What little support there is - if and when they answer you is handled by people who don't read and don't respond very well. Pros It works fine until you need to customize it . . . and then all bets are off for working with it successfully. Cons The interface of the dashboard is confusing. The documentation is pretty useless (much is outdated). Support is practically non-existent. The only way to contact them (and you have to dig to find this) is chat or email. Emails either don't get answered completely or not at all. Worst support experience in 20+ years of doing this kind of work. Ho acquistato lo starter plan per euro 35,88 e ho cercato di implementare la private policy e il cooki banner sul mio piccolo sito ma senza successo. La fase di integrazione non è così semplice come viene descritta oppure io non ho le competenze necessarie per perfezionare il processo . Ho scritto tre email di richiesta di aiuto rispondendo ad altrettante email inviate da Iubenda che peraltro invitavano esplicitamente a rispondere chiedendo assistenza se necessario. Non ho mai avuto alcuna risposta ne alcun tipo di aiuto. Ho chiuso l'account infastidito da questo modo di trattare i clienti. Pros Non mi è piaciuto nulla. Since we met I haven't looked anywhere else and have 0 need/wish to do so in the future. We're in for a long haul! :) Pros I first met the representative of iUbenda back in 2015 at The Startup Summit Berlin and instantly grabbed his business card when I realized their product is a perfect marriage between the current (at the time)/future web/app development and the tech legal world. For someone who isn't fluent at all in legal language, it was at first intimidating, however, iUbenda exceeded my expectations with step by step guiding process, easy setup, vast knowledge base, and smooth implementation. I love the visual and easy-to-understand user interface, that I can rest assured knowing iUbenda is keeping up with the constant law changes and instantly notifying me so I can update my policies.
