Pros I like the software, the company, etc. - they do what they are supposed to do. The initial set up was guided by their staff and all questions were answered promptly. They sent staff to our open enrollment meetings to answer the questions of our employees and handled most of the setup through email/telephone. Cons I don't like the constant emails. Enough already... Every day a news blurb - sometimes even ones that don't have anything to do with their program. I know employers need to have a source of information, but if they already have a source, we need to have a way to opt out of general info emails and just get the ones pertaining to the program. Also, we don't need a -0- debit notice via email. How is it that I cannot access my own personal information? this is so not right at all. Pros This company is not user friendly for employees. Customer support for employees is awful and not helpful what so ever. Impossible to reset password. Impossible to receive any help resolving problems. Highly frustrating not being able to access my own personal information. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Cons not user friendly for employees. If I'm not sure about an aspect of the sw or a particular report, thankfully, I can pick up the phone & am greeted by someone local, willing to answer and help in any way! Cons Not sure what all the reports are or why there are so many but that's mostly on us being unlearned in HR matters. Sometimes I have to weed through all of the options to find what I really need. It's not their fault the product isn't flexible. Cons SyncHR is slow and hasn't updated their product in a very long time. Pros I hate it- GUI is buggy and several errors arise when employees try to access their pay stub information to which they are legally intitled... your system has several bugs. and even when employee follows exact directions sometimes it lets them in and other times not... this inconstancy would imply bugs in the software. several attempts to access data when checked and double checked is spotty. Cons every month employee is unable to access her paystub resulting in having to reach out to HR dept and bother them... this does not replace physical pay stubs... Review Source BB Barbara B. April 26, 2018 5.0 Reports and verification of payroll prior to the payroll being submitted. Pros Employee pay history is easy to run the report and our employees are very grateful. Entering Payroll takes very little time and the review process is very easy to balance back to our entry report that is completed prior to entering payroll into the system. I like the clock that runs when you are done entering and payroll has been submitted showing that the payroll is being generated. Nice touch. Cons Nothing, just a learning curve starting the system, but I'm sure before long it will be easy as can be. Review Source BD Bob D. The software lets me get to my payroll documents monthly as I need them. All my tax information is filed with the appropriate tax agency so I don't have to do anything.
