The most important benefit is the safety and security of all information for our employees. With the PrimePay Portal, I have been extremely satisfied with the security. Secondly, it is very easy to use as I am able to print and/or save the reports/documents as necessary.

Pros

I log in to the PrimePay Portal weekly or at least bi-weekly. I can save or print the reports I need and I believe it is very secure. It is very easy to use. If I need help, which only happened once, the representatives at PrimePay guided me through very easily.

Cons

I'm unable to login and unable to find out how to fix it. I can't find any support line. The change password link goes back to the login page...

Pros

Easy to access, easy to read. Our account manager, Aruna, is quick to instruct how and why certain items are on our reports.

Cons

initially takes a few trys but then it is easy. Sometimes too many reports to choose from but all seem to come in handy.

### "website is busy and hard to move around in / not intuitive on where stuff is or how it is identified"

good notification of transactions that need to to reviewed. Very helpful customer service with quick responses.

Cons

hard to figure out where to go and how to add a new person. I use this very infreqently (once a year) which makes it hard to me to remember how. If I used it more it would probably be easier.

NOTHING this is a terrible resource that is poorly executed.

Cons

I like nothing about it, the customer service is atrocious and needs training on HIPAA and what information is needed. This is an embarrassment of a product.

This makes the whole payroll process simple and seamless. We work with support team and they are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions we can come up with. We have always had wonderful customer support

Pros

The reports are easy to find and have whatever you can imagine because you have the ability to customize them to fit your needs. If you have any problems you just call in and they walk you through it.

Cons

We wanted to see a couple of different categories...but they showed us how to get there...so no problem really

Pleasant sales experience - made product sound great & had us excited to leave ADP! Signed up for what appeared would be an easy, user-friendly payroll platform. Please read (shortened) list of cons below

Cons

Implementation was terrible Took a long time to recover from the tax mishap during implementation Was really tricky to have an HSA Plan - deduction codes proved difficult to set up and GL mapping didn't align Had to send specific codes to each employee in order for them to register and they couldn't do so until after the first processed payroll!

Pros

Use this mostly for applicant tracking and it is very easy to use and generally a VERY useful tool to track candidates. I do not know how we survived without this.

Cons

I suppose there is a bit of a learning curve that some less tech-savvy employees may struggle with initially. But once you get it, things become simple and streamlined.

We use SyncHR as our primary HRIS and while it's good in some areas it's not great. The UI can be kind of clunky at times. One thing I found is that when you shrink your browser, some of your tabs disappear instead of shrinking down. It's pretty easy to use except for the reporting. That was a main selling point for us but it's not super intuitive and some of the reports don't generate the data you want. The customer service is quick to answer but not always quick to fix your problem, even if you mark it Urgent. Some file feeds out of SyncHR to other providers has been incorrect, but luckily our account manager helped us resolve them. Overall good but not great.

This company has taken money out of my account. They advise it's an error and will credit me next month. What???????? An accounting company making mistakes like this and will not return it?

I have used Prime Pay for over 15 years. The reports they provide make it very easy to post my payroll. I have switch all of my clients who need payroll to this service. I would highly recommend them,

I’ve only been using it for a short time, but I have found it to be very useful. I love the app and wish more employers/companies would use it.

Pros

I appreciate that I can see my time sheet, jobs, and hours worked on this platform. I also like how easy it is to use in terms of looking up information and layout overall. When I was first starting as a gig worker, I was able to get everything set up using the app, in less than 15 minutes.

Cons

I haven’t found anything I don’t like yet. It is very easy to use. It might be helpful to have a direct communication link to my uplines.
