There are some good reports that are useful for monthly payrolls, and year end reporting. Cons Customer service was the worst, and overall very limited reporting capabilities. Pros My favorite thing about SyncHR is that it is so easy to navigate through. If you have something that needs your immediate attention, there is a "Task" button to let you know that you have something that needs your immediate attention. And you can sync your notifications from SyncHR to your personal email or work email. I love it. Cons There is literally nothing that I dislike about SyncHR. Pros The software is very easy to use, very easy to navigate through for information and super easy to input payroll. The checks come into my office the very next day and all the direct deposits transfer perfectly. Cons The only thing I can say negatively is the reporting. Being able to upload receipts through the mobile app is a life-saver, and I love it that I can enroll for the upcoming year on my own through the website vs. having to fill out paperwork and go through HR. Cons 1-833-YOU-MATTER This customer service number does not even dial out. Obviously you as a customer do not matter enough to provide you with a working customer service phone number. I do not and have not ever had access to my pay stub thru Prime Pay. I received emails but was never able to log in and view my own pay check. Now that it won't co-operate, it's not. Pros I like the way it enabled me to view my records at all of the locations in the archdiocese where I worked. Very convenient -- when the program used to let me in. Cons The "forgot my password" feature doesn't work. When it rejected the password I've used for the past few months, it sends me an e-mail with a link. When I clicked on the link, all it does is send me back to the login page, where my only option is to click on "forgot my password," get another email, click on the enclosed link, and have it send me back to the login page. Techs are always willing to assist with resolving payroll employee and employer issues. I am really impressed with PrimePay Blog topics and they are relate-able to my job and payroll. I seldom experience any wait time for responses to my questions and the Techs stay with me until I understand the concepts and PrimePay requirements. Tech demonstrate an extreme amount of patience and attention to my company's concerns. They listen are consistently inquiring if my company needs clarification on any specific issues. Cons Sometimes when I haven't visited a particular area or subject or an extended period of time I have to reach out to my Tech. On rare occasions, I have needed to contact customer service and each time I was helped quickly and effectively. Pros PrimePay's software is easy to use and it allows me to process payroll quickly and reliably. Cons The only thing I would change is to have the ability to process payroll immediately 24/7. The link I received to reset my password defaults to the login screen with no way to set up a new password. My account as a result locks up. I have never been able to use it Cons Customer service never calls me back. Instructions provided to our manager does not match what is needed to log into the portal. I always have to contact our HR department and they get so frustrated it is easier for them just to log in as an admin and do the request for me. Pros They processed payroll. Nothing fantastic about the software at all. Cons They overpaid a single employee by thousands one time, then "couldn't" return the money for days. " January 23, 2018 5.0 Using this software really frees up payroll processing time. It's simple and easy to use and it's only just a few clicks in order to successfully transmit payroll each pay period. Pros We started off with a great experience with our sales rep and customer service took right over with excellent service. There seemed to be no errors, problems, or issues right from the very beginning. Our conversion rep was responsive and resolved any issues that I brought forth immediately. Payroll processing days couldn't be more easy. A few simple clicks and I'm ready to submit. The entire process is simple and takes up virtually so little time. Cons I struggle with the reports section. When I want to print out a report, it seems to take me a much longer time as the screens are not very easy to look at and quickly understand. I find the report not generating immediately, but rather queuing, then getting an email to let me know it's ready a bit distracting. Review Source MML Marna Mae L.
