Excellent support staff with effective and prompt solutions.

Pros

We were able to streamline our multiple FEIN operating companies under a single source of reporting and payroll for our entire corporate umbrella. All reporting is now in one location.

Cons

Lack of consolidated and aggregated reporting for multiple FEINS that are shared under the primary corporate account and umbrella.

### "Has a Long Way To Go!"

SyncHR was sold to us with the promise of lots of bells and whistles. What we received was a system without any basic features that are necessary for an HR department to function. Simple things such as adjusted service date, historical benefits data, getting basic reports are simply missing or do not function well. As a result, we need to keep a back-up spreadsheet (luckily we are small enough) to make sure SyncHR doesn't delete vital information. They nickel and dime you for reports, updates, changes, etc. I do not recommend this system.

Pros

The employee access and user interface works well and employees like it.

Cons

Reports are inaccurate or unusable, basis features are missing, deletes important historical information when updating to a new year, EDI feeds often don't work. Lots of time spent troubleshooting with their customer service. And often they charge for that!

I don't like how, for example, when I need a pay history I can get it through my reporting but can't print from there. Have to upload it to Excel and does not look professional at all so I have to go to my rep

### "Prime Pay is Easy "

The best customer service, longtime employees, you are not getting someone differnt everytime you contact them That means a lot in the world of business.

Pros

PrimePay and Prime tax make it easy to do our payrolll, and to get any information whenever we need it thru the web portal. We can get pay history, vacation history, tracking of sick days, quickly & easily. If we DO have a question or concern the friendly staff handles it quickly & efficiently. We would never use a different payroll service.

Cons

I have nothing that I dislike, I am pleased with it to no end

### "Mostly does what I need but lack in certain areas"

Is fairly easy to use compared to many other HCM systems. Not as robust and reporting is a nightmare. Ever since the Mt. TAM release the reporting has given many errors and takes long time to load. I have to clear my cache constantly to get reporting to function.

Pros

Good user interface, is fairly flexible.

Cons

Lacks ability for employees to submit EEO information.

My reports are efficient and properly calculated !!

Pros

Easy to navigate, and very easy to see all that is needed to be seen easy to go back and forth, also I love the elephant who is calculating the payroll process. The reports are easy to read with great detail of everything that has been entered . and Now I love that you need a verification code to even open up the payroll process. all I am very happy with prime pays customer support and the payroll process. One hundred words are pretty hard to come by when you like everything about the program and you have NO Complaints. Not sure what else you could do to make it better, except when an employee is over the allowed time off, I'm not sure what they are asking me to do. but other wise all is well. Good Job !!

Cons

Sometimes I'm not sure if I have completed everything, It will say, pick a report on one part of the screen but then on another it will say, smile your payroll is being submitted ??

Decent payroll software, but you're completely on your own. No support, so if you need any kind of help or have a question, prepare to be on hold for literally hours at a time. Try calling, emailing, submitting a ticket, chat -- doesn't matter -- no one answers or responds. Will be changing payroll companies due to this.

### "Customer Service Worst in the Industry"

Absolutely the worst customer service. (Once you do get a hold of someone, people are normally friendly and polite.) Cannot get answers from support. Have been waiting 3 days to help an employee get access to his paystubs. Impossible to get a hold of time and attendance. Will NOT speak to me directly but when I do get help, it is me taking all the screen shots, supplying all the info via email, and there is no room for problem solving a larger issue.I inherited this software. I would love to move to a different company. I just don't want to go through that.

Pros

Not sure I find a lot I like about the software.

Cons

The reporting should be easier than it actually is. All the information is available but getting it into a report is very tough. The garnishment feature is clunky, it is difficult to see history, and the employee access is difficult to initiate.

PrimePay completes all of our payroll needs with weekly paychecks and reports, as well as our quarterly reports.

Pros

The PrimePay software is very user friendly. It is easy to use and I like the report writing feature and the fact that I can create custom reports.

Cons

It sometimes takes a while until I can figure out how to get all the details I need to include in a custom report

### "Suitable for payroll management"

A good tool for managing personnel affairs such as vacations and payroll, also facilitating HR management, this program can automate all personnel affairs.

Cons

Customer support should be faster in responding to customers, some errors may occur in issuing reports.

### "Not able to log in to the account after they did system/program upgrades and changes"

Easy Cobra administration

Pros

I manage my clients Cobra administration and it was a fairly easy system to use when I was able to access it.

Cons

I can no longer log into the site. After multiples calls for assistance, they are still unable to resolve the problems. I cannot talk directly with the IT department. Luckily, they have a team I can email the work to and they have to input it for me. I've not been happy with them and will be changing to another program.

Easy to use. Great way to process payroll. I switched from a PEO service and was nervous about doing it myself. After they got me up to speed, it has been a breeze.

### "Awful service and portal"

Awful and no follow up when left messages to call me to discuss my problems

Pros

Over the last several months since apparently, you have gone to a digital portal with no live peopl,e the service and features have declined significantly-- the portal is too complicated-- I have made several over 4 calls and left messages recently to discuss my problems and bills -- no one responds and I'm on hold for over 1/2 hour and when I left call-back number no one called./ Simply awful. I intend to find another vendor -- I also have my pension through Primepay and that will change as well. The absolute worse customer service.

Cons

Its too complicated not user friendly-- Absolutely the worst service online I have ever experienced.

Ease of tracking and verifying employee hours, ease of giving employees information about their schedule, and especially ease at completing the payroll.

Pros

I like how it is all interconnected and the support was wonderful. There was live training which was captured on video to replay, written supports, phone supports, and very quick email supports.

Cons

It was a little confusing to know how to access all three parts of the system at first. It requires different passwords and different IDs for each of the three parts. Connecting everything did not go smoothly, but the support team's quick help made that alright.

Overall experience is cool. The best payroll company I have personally worked with thus far.

Pros

The software is easy to maneuver around in and super easy and quick inputting the information in the system. I also love the fact that I do not have to input any information if I do not want to. They have a representative call me weekly and I give her the payroll totals and she inputs the information for me. I then can go in ant any time to review information when needed. They also give out time clocks and can generate the totals from the machine. We will be getting them soon and I cannot wait to try it.

Cons

There is nothing that I do not like about this software.

### "Zero Customer Support"

Everything works as long as you do not need support after the sale.

Pros

Basic Functionality, Good Support on ACA Administration

Cons

No support after sale. Difficult to reach anyone outside the normal weekly interaction

Pros

Easy to use, and great report structures. Love that HR3 has carrier feeds. The new timeclock is great!

Cons

My biggest frustration is that there are too many links and no integration between software. You have to get a link to all different services (HR3, PayStubs, FSA, Timeclock) all have different links which frustrate users. Also, as the administrator, you are stuck with having to reach to so many departments because you no longer have a dedicated service manager.

Overall a great product that any size company can benefit from greatly.

Pros

The best part of the system is how everything is interconnected and updated in real time. When you give an employee a raise it automatically calculates the back pay needed and can correct the payroll records. It handles all of the payroll and tax filings without any effort on the payroll team. The flexibility with time recording is amazing and seems to have no limitations.

Cons

The only limitation with this product is the familiarity of the tool itself in the market place. This should change overtime as more companies become aware of the product and all it can do.

The benefits I see from using Prime Pay are that I do not have to take much time to get my payroll logged and receive the proper pays for each employee. In the past I would have to spell out every deduction to my payroll service and then it would still come in incorrectly.

Pros

I have been using Prime Pay for my business payroll for quite some time. I really appreciate the customer service I receive. Although my company is small we have many different categories and I have never had a problem getting all of the my employees paid correctly.

Cons

I do not have much need to use the software because once my payroll is complete, I do not need to look at it again until the following week.
