### "PrimePay is a great option for small businesses."

Overall, I like Primepay. They worked professionally and helped me resolve any issue that came up.

Pros

I like the onboarding process. From getting all of your documents together to communication, it was really good. The price is average for what you can pay. I like when you get one deticated person to deal with from onboarding to runing payrolls. I like that she was really hands on with making sure you know all the ins and outs of getting started. She was very meticulous and task driven. She did not run it untill we confirmed everything.

Cons

I didn't like the switiching to a new person to handle my account. Like other payroll services, you get one person for on boarding and another for the rest of your term. That was the case here. The second person wan't bad at her job she just wasn't as experienced or meticulous. We had a few times that weren't entered correctly or something was missed in email. We eventually got it. It just took time.

ADP is great and has a great platform for users to input their information and even intergrates with other software. However there sales/sales incentives can be very disruptive. I may have delt with several sales agents calling to onboard me or up sell me etc. every couple of months while I was a client and when I was not. I can appreciate the sales people trying to get commisions but it was very disruptive talking to regional reps and local reps and setting up meetings to discuss things. It made me feel that they were incentivised on quantity and not quality.

Pros

The platform is easy to use. The team is very responsive and answers questions quickly. If you need to use support, they are very efficient and friendly and get it right the first time.

Typing minimum of 40 characters in each box

PayCor had multiple people contact me to set up an initial appointment but then no-showed. Paycom didn't have a good product.

Gusto markets directly to our payroll customers and allows them to sign up for products without our knowledge or giving us access. The customers than expect that we are able to support them. Gusto platform looks incredibly unprofessional. Gusto pricing isn't transparent and changes dramatically.

Not a good experience. They'll make everything on their terms to be beneficial.

Pros

I was comfortable using the system and it was easy to configure the software. My franchise forces me to use Profitkeeper on the same site, so that made it easy to come to one place.

Cons

The people are shysters. They put in a clause that says we can update the contract at any time and they do that without being upfront.

We have been with PrimePay since 2020 when LLP was first established. We went through IRA account setup, bank account switch, pay frequency change and other small issues with PrimePay. I was a bit concerned for all major setup/change, but things have gone smoothly every time. Thank you, PrimePay!

Pros

Their knowledgeable staff are service oriented (professional, polite and helpful) and always with prompt response. The people there are very easy to work with. I especially appreciate \[sensitive content hidden\], who walked through the SIMPLE IRA EE contribution and ER matching with IRS catching up rules' setup with me, step by step over several emails and a couple phone calls. Our IRS went live in early 2022, but there are items, big and small, being solved over the 4 years we have with PrimePay. Thank you!

Cons

Nothing much... if I need to say something, it would be that I have waited for quarterly reports a little longer for a couple times. It really doesn't hurt anything, and that's the only thing I can think of.

The fast response from the specialists at Primepay is great! We just submitted our 3rd party sick pay and received our amendments the very next morning.

Pros

We always receive a quick response to any question we have.

Cons

I prefer to have a payroll specialist assigned to my account so that if I have questions I always speak to the same specialist. Therefore, it is a more personalized experience.

System limitations. The system is unable to handle our intricut payrolls and could not give basic reports that were needed. The discovery documents was very detailed on what is needed for data migration. It made the import of information and data verification easier.

Pros

PrimePay is easy to use. I like the intergration between PrimePay and employee navigator.

Cons

I don't like the payroll cutoff time being such a hard time, when I'm actually going throught the last steps of payroll. I've been caught in verification a couple of times, and charged the "Next Day Deposit Fee".

I have been a client of PrimePay for over ten years. With the exception of some challenges in the Covid and post-Covid period, I have had the pleasure of working with some dedicated and knowledgeable PrimePay employees. Many years ago, a business partner insisted we switch to a competitor. After a couple of years, I came back to PrimePay.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] provided extraordinary customer service, demonstrating great skill, patience, and professionalism. We had a tedious task to tackle and he took care of the problem expertly and with a great attitude.

Cons

It can be challenging to reach someone in support. I am very grateful to have been connected with \[sensitive content hidden\].

Very good, and overall happy with the product.

Pros

The layout is great, it is very intuitive and flows well. When Prime Pay handles direct deposit, I do not need to worry about payroll or payroll taxes getting to the correct place.

Cons

The workman's comp reporting and most report generation is not intuitive or user friendly. It is very cumbersome and I am not quite certain I get the report I need for my workman's comp audit.

My overall experience with Primepay has been very positive. Some of my issues were unique, but once I had a representative where as I could show my particular limitation, they were always able to resolve or show me better ways of handling the issues.

Pros

In most cases, there is written information on how to resolve an issue you are having and potentially a video as well.

Cons

Times where I had to call support, those issues where not always resolved or no one returned my calls

My experience has been average with PrimePay but it is easy to use. I would recommend this payroll service to others.

Pros

The software is easy to use and easy to navigate. It is easy to find information about the company and employees.

Cons

I am not in control of my own payrolls. If I make a mistake, I need to contact customer support for them to either void the whole payroll or erase the mistake I made.

Knowing that it is a difficult payroll to do she gets it done in a reasonable amount of time and she is really easy to work with! All my emails are answered within a reasonable time frame, so there are no worries when I need her becauae I know she will get back to me when she can.

Pros

I like how they improved their systems and now I can always get someone on the phone with a problem if our company's representative is unavailable.

Cons

I would not say PrimePay's issue, but we pay for overnight priority package and some times it never shows up to be delivered on time or at all. Also, some times the Invoices we get from PrimePay are over charged and wrong.

Really terrible. Can't count the number of times I called to resolve issues to no avail.

Pros

Really nothing - compared to other providers they offer no advantages.

Cons

Inept customer support. Kept getting the run-around about tax withholding. We ditched them after months of frustration. Found out that they had withheld $8,000 more in taxes than they should have, and we are a small organization!

Some of the overlapping technologies in (SyncHR and Time) don't intuitively interface, so there are some things that seem like they should be simple that aren't quite simple.

Good communication , not pushy, worked to really tailor to my small business needs.

Pros

Willingness to work with goals and needs, affordability, payroll can come out of my Amex acct through ach and I won't be charged a wire fee.

Cons

Scheduling system doesn't really work for what I need. When employees work opposite shifts I need to be able to see all employees together to ensure proper coverage.

Overall, I like working with PrimePay. Easy to work with.

Pros

I can do my payroll myself electronically and know it is complete.

Cons

When Customer Success Managers change for our location, it takes a while for us to be notified. Therefore, we do not have a point of contact for issues or contacts and are left to drift. Also, questions are not answered in a timely fashion. If I have a question on payroll, and in the process of entering payroll, no one calls you back for hours. Payroll is already done, and done incorrectly.

We've had some small hiccups. I would say the time side catching up to she Sync side. Reporting I need help on building and running reports.

Very happy as Primpay has come a long way to now its, same day turnaround, the phones are always answered much more quickly! The payroll is accurate! Very satisfied.

Pros

They are quick at returning payroll, the payroll is accurate. Its usually as same day turnaround.

Cons

The old Primepay was challenging. Late responses times, phones took forever to answer
