I like that we are only charged a small fee per donation from Stripe as opposed to a monthly fee as that wouldn't be feasible for us. It's also easy to use and straightforward to track donations. But never with DonorBox. Cons The fees are high. To get the fees lower, you have to pay a lot. It’s not ideal for small nonprofits. We have had a hard time with our in-person experience. It is constantly disconnecting from the Stripe reader. There is no customer service line to call and we have had a very hard time trouble shooting with many, many staff hours accumulated. Pros I love the professional design of the buttons and that they have the option to pay the card processing fees at the time of purchase. Cons I don't like that there isn't very good customer service. I also would like an option for donors to pay by ACH.
