We were a beta-pilot customer from basically day 1. the guys were VERY cooperative, integrated many feedbacks in super-speedy manner, very impressive. Our 2 new hires so far have liked the tool a lot, just the kind of simplicity we looked for - as users. As admins its a little bit more fumbling to find out how to make it work, not 100% intuitive yet, but I'm sure they will get that fixed soon. Whats a bit more annoying is that the pricing packages offered at launch have been changed some weeks later and we are now battling to get that transitioned... startup problems, will be fixed I guess. Just beware: in Europe when we speak of onboarding we mainly think "getting employees knowledgeable about how the firm works etc, who is who, documentation, etc" - this is what this tool is about and does it very well. In US "employee onboarding" seems to include all the massive paperwork related to employment contract, insurances, policies, etc etc - and thats not part what this is for, other tools that are closer to payroll/HR ERP do that. Anyway, this here is just what we needed. Next milestone: an app!

bit fumbly as an admin to get it to dance, but can be learned.

Thanks Grace! We are happy that you have been with us from the very beginning. Fortunately, we sorted out the pricing issue! We also added the possibility of signing PDF files and forms now and iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap :)
