Our team picked it up quickly and now manages screens independently without constant back-and-forth. Cons Some advanced features can be difficult to discover initially without clear documentation or guidance, which may slow down the onboarding process. As a film festival, we set up TVs in the theater lobbies that we are renting, and this makes it easy for us to customize the space and messaging! Pros They have a strong scheduling system that makes it easy to add/adjust content. Also, when using with a Chromecast, the app is very persistent and comes up when turning on the TV! Cons The learning curve to schedule different playlists took me a minute, but makes sense. Also, when using a mobile device, their content management system website is a challenge to navigate (although they have a good app). We operate 22 screens across 7 locations, and even small mistakes used to multiply fast. After switching to Look, everything moved to one dashboard. Marketing schedules campaigns once and assigns them by location group, it’s very helpful. Screens continue playing content when the connection drops – that used to be a real issue for us in two rural stores. It’s operationally solved our biggest headache: control and consistency. Pros Central scheduling across locations, tags. Offline playback. Screenshots when we need verification... Cons Analytics are good overall and provide helpful insights into performance metrics, but they could be significantly improved by adding more advanced visual comparison tools such as side-by-side data views, customizable trend overlays, and clearer graphical breakdowns to make performance analysis faster, more intuitive, and more actionable.
