Pros Creating the survey was surprisingly fun (yes, fun). The interface was intuitive, the flow made sense, the large range of different interaction types was refreshing. The survey was a success, according to our users, even entertaining. Also: massive kudos for the support. Not a faceless chatbot or auto-generated nonsense, but an actual human being who was responsive, helpful, and—rare in this universe—nice. 10/10, would ask for help again. Cons Hard to say—honestly, we didn’t run into any real roadblocks. The only tiny thing: I’d love a few more formatting options for answer scales. But that's me nitpicking because I had a good time and now I want more toys. Pros At first, I conducted using some other research survey form softwares available in the internet but I was greatly disappointed because the website was only allowed 10 responses per month. When I searched on google which one would aid me with unlimited responses...I found out that Survey legend was just the perfect tool. Above all, it has amazing free features and themes that I didn't find in any other survey platforms. Cons Nothing really. I guess I'm really enjoying every bit of the service. It is easily one of the most user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing survey tools on the market. It excels at customer engagement and simple feedback gathering where visual appeal matters. However, for serious data analysis or complex academic research, you essentially have to upgrade to a paid tier to get any real utility out of the data you collect. Pros What I liked most was the design-focused interface. It makes creating surveys feel more like building a visual presentation than a boring form. The drag-and-drop interface was very easy to use, and having the option to include large and full-quality images for both question and answer choices greatly enhanced interactivity. This looked great on mobile phones with no adjustments needed. Cons What I liked least was that essential features, such as exporting, are highly paywalled. Even though you are allowed an unlimited number of questions in the free version, you tend to run into a wall when you actually need to analyze the results to export them to an Excel/CSV file. Cons While I appreciate you are a business, it seems unfair that you cannot extract the data you collected from the survey unless paying. If you had to pay for the survey, or limited the number of responses you could receive, this wouldn't be an issue. However, I only realised I wouldn't be able to look at individualised responses until I had already collected the data. It was free so I tried it. BEST. DECISION. EVER. I LOVE how aesthetic it is, the diversity of options for every tip of question, and specialy the way it analysis the results. I can really see myself using this software for future studies! Cons What I found kind of bad about the software was the fact that, in order to see the results from your survey you need to pay. Maybe have another way to get the results without paying or let the costumers know they will have to pay before they apply the survey, because for a student like me its not easy to have extra money for this kinds of stuff.
