If you plan to work with Epixel (or any IT partner), invest time in preparing extremely detailed documentation. The more precise and structured your requirements are, the better the final outcome will be. In complex projects, leaving nothing undefined is key to success. Overall: I would recommend Epixel to anyone looking for a flexible and competent technology partner, especially for complex or non-standard projects that require a collaborative and solution-oriented and very friendly + super professional approach.

Pros

We worked with Epixel for the development of our Colony Global platform, and overall the experience has been very positive, especially considering the complexity and uniqueness of our project. One of Epixel’s strongest assets is their incredible ability to adapt to any requirement. They showed great flexibility even when dealing with highly complex and unconventional requests, which is critical for projects that go beyond standard business models. A special mention goes to \[sensitive content hidden\] , the IT mind behind Epixel, \[sensitive content hidden\] for her professional and attentive project management, \[sensitive content hidden\] as the assigned developer, and the entire team working behind the scenes to handle our most demanding technical needs with competence and dedication.

Cons

Like many “all-in-one” platforms designed to cover a wide range of use cases, the system is not always the most intuitive in terms of usability. However, this is largely offset by the team’s availability and willingness to customize and support specific requirements.

Wonderful and easy! From SRS preparation to review meetings and final delivery, all went as per the SRS and even slight modifications were accommodated.

Pros

The professionalism and putting customer's need first is the best thing about Epixel team. Entire team puts in commendable efforts in achieving the desired results. Very responsive and on point when it comes to communication. I loved working with them.

Cons

Sometimes too much professionalism and red tapism while dealing inter departmentally which can be avoided.

Pros

I trust them. This is my 9th year working with the team. As a company, we have built very complex and customized features continuously. I have requested numerous challenging features & upgrades and they have always delivered what I needed.

Cons

Landing page design and upgrades were not easy for me as our programs and features evolved continuously.

All in all I'm very happy with the system and the team behind it. They have almost if not all everything that you will need from an MLM software.

Pros

The system is very straight forward and easy to understand. The team is very easy to talk to and is always there to support. And they always see to it that they understand clearly every request from customer.

Cons

So far, none that I can think of. Since all our requirements are already in place and maybe more than what we need.

Pros

The most impressive aspect of Epixel MLM is their flexibility and ability to customize complex compensation plans to match our exact business model. Their team took the time to understand our vision and delivered a highly functional back office for MKX Network, including features like multi-tier commissions, real-time analytics, and detailed member dashboards. The interface is user-friendly, and the system is scalable—perfect for our fast-growing global community.

Cons

While the customization options are excellent, the initial setup process can take time depending on the complexity of your plan. Communication at times required a bit of follow-up to ensure clarity, but the team always responded and made necessary adjustments when needed.

For now, all is fine. We have grown of businesses. We don't need to pay expensive marketing to facebook and instagram anymore to get visibility.

Pros

Love because it is easy for users and for the company. The company has grown every hour.

Cons

I would like that they have an automatic payment system for customers, but I understand that this is for protection and security.

My experience in working with Epixel is positive, I found collaboration, determination, willingness, availability, a team ready to act when I needed help. Our company is growing and changing very fast, and Epixel showed a great spirit in taking a challenge and turn it into a valid product. Then, there is another side, about how our customers feel in using Epixel's MLM. I had the real satisfaction when we migrated from the old software to Epixel's one, as everyone's feedback about the platform was saying that the MLM is user-friendy and intuitive. Thank you for doing what you promised!

Pros

Working with Epixel is like working with a family. We asked them to built a fully custom software, that can help each department do their job. It's a 2 years of hard work, performed by a very collaborative team, always available in my timezone, and ready to help for emergencies. Excellent service!

Cons

No cons to report. Their willingness to do things right the first time is impressive.

From the moment we engaged with Epixel, they have been willing and able to understand our requirements and have created an awesome package that our users love and continue to use.

Pros

The genealogy tree really helps users understand their value and their team's value to their income stream. It also provides easy access to the users downline and income generated by that downline.

Cons

As a real estate company, we are not tracking direct sales through this software therefore some of the features available like product reviews and returns will never be used.
