From the analysis to implementation their team has been amazingly responsive and helpful. We were dragging our feet on making the change due to the perception of the loss of control over pricing. But once it was all set up, it actually is the opposite! It allows us to better manage our pricing. Pros We love that is over all so much easier for us to analyze our marketing pricing. Previously I was spending hours a week to make sure that our units were correctly priced for their market position. Pricing automation is not a set it and forget it, but it reduces significantly our time investment and our peace of mind that we are optimizing our chances of occupancy from a pricing and minimum nights perspective. Cons One of the challenges that we have had as new users is finding features hidden or buried deep in areas we didn't expect them to be. The overall user interface could have some usability enhancements. They let you track prices, shipping costs and availability discounts. Also, they match product with broken or even absent names and codes. We never decided for pricing automation but reports and alerts were very useful. I will certainly extend my subscription. Pros I really love that apart from reports they send you alerts with tips and warnings. Thanks to that we could act right away. Cons I didnt find any drawbacks.
