Pros \- easy to use - easy to move data to excel or PDF - great look and feel - ability to give access to users for reports - flexiblility - I was able to open the survey after closing date for employees who were away Cons \- at times when looking at multiple factors it took a while to figure out. I love the set up of Kazoo and the access to so many great rewards!! Cons Haven’t found anything yet I dislike. Still getting used to it and learning to find my way around but so far so good. I enjoy being able to give points to my coworkers when they've really helped me. I think it is a great way to boost morale around the company. A lot of coworkers who previously went unnoticed when they went above and beyond now receive company-wide praise and points to turn into something concrete as a reward.
