It is very easy for employees to give others points - that they can transfer into rewards. Then once you want to utilize your points, it makes it easy to convert them right away. For example - I've used my WorkTango points multiple times for Amazon giftcards and I'm able to receive the gift-card within the same setting! Pros I absolutely LOVE WorkTango! This is the first company I've worked for who utilizes this feature. I really like how WorkTango is such an easy way to be rewarded and recognized for your day to day work - and you can transfer the points you receive for actual and tangible gifts! Worktango has a myriad of different categories you can choose from to for your gift - whether that be giftcards, items, and even vacations!
