September 26, 2025 5.0 It's been more that 5 years now I am using WorkTango. It allows colleagues from different teams to give and receive recognition on record which is great to show management and feel appreciated in the work accomplished. Pros The positivity is such a team boost! Our team often gives shout-outs, recognition to teammates, across departments, and across the company. It is so easy to use and easy to set up. Customer service is incredible and really answer your questions. Our team uses it at least once a day and we have loved how it integrates so easily with Slack! Cons I need to go one by one to mark the notification as read, this is really time consuming. This needs to be taken care of. Other than this theres nothing that I don't like. It’s simple to use, motivates teams, and helps build a culture of appreciation. Cons •Reporting & data export options are limited. Hard to get custom reports or raw data the way some teams want.  •The rewards store can be frustrating: items missing, hard to find what you want, slow redemption.  •Some users say rewards require too many points to be meaningful, so it feels like a lot of work before you get something valuable.  •UX / navigation & performance issues: the interface can feel cluttered; mobile version sometimes less stable; slow load times.  •Integration delays or problems: updates from connected systems (HRIS etc.) sometimes take time to reflect, creating inconsistencies.  •Learning curve & setup: because the platform is feature-rich, admins/users may need more time to get used to it.  •Points & rewards policies can feel unfair: for example points expiring too quickly, or refunding / redemption less flexible. Learning how to use the website was a breeze. And the recognition other give is always motivating. The Website is secure and doesn't make me feel like my purchases or information is shared with anyone other than those who need to see it. Pros I like how it allows options for each user to engage with others by showing recognition in a quick, fun and easy way. It is so user friendly, and gives you access to so many different vendors and merchants for products. The point system is equivalent to the value of money when making purchases. I honestly love using work tango and working towards a goal to earn points for gift cards and other cool things I want or need. February 28, 2025 5.0 I love WorkTango, I think it is a great platform to use to boost morale in the company and create a sense of togetherness! It also encourages colleagues to do good work because hard work will always be rewarded! Pros I love that WorkTango provides a place for employees to go to recognize the hard work other colleagues do on a day to day basis. This program offers a place to give "points" which can eventually translate into money or rewards! Each quarter every employee gets a certain amount of points to send out to their colleagues to shout out their hard work! This program does a great job at boosting morale within the organization. Cons I love mostly everything about this program, but one con of WorkTango is that the site is down for maintenance quite often. This makes it hard to submit shout outs in a timely fashion sometimes. Pros I like the features it provides for recognizing across tools, making it easier to create different initiatives and range of options it provides to convert your points to different vendors or get merchandizes. Cons I feel interface of the application could be more gamified to improve user experience. I feel Worktango recognition sometimes remains isolated, it should have some integration with work mail where it shares daily one mail of activity to relevant parties and probably across the selected group for awareness. this will increase overall reach of employee achievements and intern could have positive moral effect.
