They can sent it while their identity is fully anonymous and thus resulting everyone can voicing their opinion freely. Cons I have no problem that i face while working with this platform. I have gotten gift cards for food with points when I am low on funds. I have also gotten gift cards to give my children as presents. Pros Keeping in touch with co-workers we do not see anymore I Love saying Happy Birthday and Congrats on work Anniversaries Using my points for Gift Cards Acknowledging people for their hard work Cons I really do not think that I have found anything wrong with WorkTango. At this moment I have not had a bad experience or think anything can be done differently. The Outlook plugin is nice too. Cons It would be nice to have some additional export functionality and some more flexibility. It is a pretty modern platform but still pretty narrowly focused into their way of doing things. This would likely be a 5 star review if not for the "use it or lose it" points. Pros There is a very good and diverse selection of rewards to choose from in this easy to use platform. Definitely adds to the overall positivity of the work environment! I have been using WorkTango as an admin and end user for 3+ years now and it is a core component of our rewards and recognition program. Pros WorkTango is easy to use for both admin and the end user. It allows us to streamline a rewards and recognition platform across the business - and across all four countries of which we have operations in. The ability to cash in Points Earned for a variety of gift cards and/or merchandise makes is appealing to all using. And as an added bonus you can also score a few extra points for yourself!!! It is a great morale booster for all! I have actually saved enough to pay for half of laptop using gift card I earned! Cons I have to be honest in that there isn't anything that Work Tango can change about it - it works great and I have nothing to mention in the con column! Cons Because points expire at the end of the quarter, it often turns into a quarter-end bonanza with staff rewarding each other.If there were more incentives for staff to give out points throughout the year that would help mitigate this. It’s not perfect, especially if your company needs very specialized reports or if you’re looking for ultra-fast rewards, but in my experience, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks Pros I really like how easy it is to send shout-outs to coworkers, whether it’s for something small or an important achievement. It creates an environment where people feel valued because it’s public, everyone can see what you’re recognizing. Cons They should make rewards more accessible (fewer points required, more variety of prizes). Sometimes there are too many notifications or emails, which makes it a bit noisy. Plus, it's hard to ignore the points. They have gone to several good purchases, watches, accessories, etc. My friends away from work hear about this and are quite jealous. Cons As much as I talk about getting points, I would love to have more points to award to my teammates. We have a portion to award each month, which is fine, just would like to have a few more. The options for providing direct recognition and also the "high five" option to add-on to other people's posts makes it easy show your value for team members. Cons There are some parts of the platform that could be improved upon. For instance, when building goals/milestones for tracking, it would be great to set "quarterly" goals without having to enter in the first and last day of the quarter.
