I have been using WorkTango as an admin and end user for 3+ years now and it is a core component of our rewards and recognition program. Pros is easy to use for both admin and the end user. It allows us to streamline a rewards and recognition platform across the business - and across all four countries of which we have operations in. The ability to cash in Points Earned for a variety of gift cards and/or merchandise makes is appealing to all using. And as an added bonus you can also score a few extra points for yourself!!! It is a great morale booster for all! I have actually saved enough to pay for half of laptop using gift card I earned!
