It is what it is as companies in our industry have the mind set you are luck to have a job and any recognition is better than none.

Pros

Employees and management felt this product based morale as much as a product like this could through the rewards and peer to peer recognition.

Cons

As always the higher ups did not like the cost. Some of the employees felt items were pricey and points expiration dates too soon.

Overall, my experience has been excellent. The WorkTango support team has been helpful in setting up efficiencies with our HRIS to update employee changes.

Pros

WorkTango has been a platform that enables our team to collaborate and foster a culture of appreciation! Everyone deserves to feel appreciated and the platform encourages lots of employee engagement. We are able to redeem points for gift cards, time off, coupons, etc. which is great!

Cons

There is a learning curve to using the platform, however, it does not take too long to learn the navigation.

My experience was overall positive. This would likely be a 5 star review if not for the "use it or lose it" points.

Pros

There is a very good and diverse selection of rewards to choose from in this easy to use platform. Definitely adds to the overall positivity of the work environment!

Cons

The biggest, and potentially the only real, complaint about worktango is the way you lose points on a quarterly basis if you do not use them.

Quick, easy and fast. Simple userface. All very important features that anyone can access with a click.

Pros

Having the ability to reach an entire company with a click of a button. Feedback from all employees is a great value and Worktango makes it easier to manage.

Cons

I didn’t really dislike any of the features in Worktango. It’s a great software for what we use it for.

I do enjoy the tango!! I wish that if people didn't send their points before they expire that it would randomly send them out for them, like to people on their own team, maybe just giving them a high five!!

Pros

It is easy to use! I like the option to make it public or not! I enjoy how easy it is to see where the props come from and then to be able to give them back.

Cons

Having the points expire. I wish that they wouldn't expire but rollover. I would also like to see them go to others if not used.

Overall, my experience with WorkTango has been very positive. The platform makes it easy to gather feedback, recognize team members, and stay connected to the overall employee experience. I appreciated how intuitive it was to use and how it encouraged engagement and recognition across teams. While there are some areas that could be improved, such as offering more advanced customization and smoother integrations, the overall impact on culture and communication was very strong. It’s a tool I found valuable and would recommend

I really liked WorkTango’s focus on employee engagement and feedback. The platform makes it easy for employees to feel heard, which I think is essential for a healthy workplace.

Cons

The platform had so many features that it could feel overwhelming at first. A more guided onboarding experience would help new users

Overall, Work Tango is a useful tool for employee recognition and engagement. It simplifies giving feedback and rewards, which helps build team morale. A few more vendor options and some upgrades in reporting would make it even better.

Pros

The platform makes it easy to recognize and reward colleagues. The gift card options are broad, and the user interface is straightforward. It doesn’t take long to get used to. In terms of security, it is amazing. Yes, for companies it is value for money.

Cons

One drawback is the redeem process with some merchants. At times, certain gift cards don’t work smoothly, which can be frustrating when trying to use rewards quickly. The vendor catalog, while broad, still lacks a few well-known merchants that employees often look for. Customer support is helpful but can sometimes take longer than expected to resolve issues.
