### "Excellent Dashboard!"

April 14, 2026

5.0

Overall, I have truly enjoyed using ADP Workforce Now, especially for viewing information related to my income.

Pros

What I love most about ADP Workforce Now is the dashboard that allows me to see different important information in one area.

Cons

The UI/UX design and layout is personally not as appealing when compared to other similar tools that I have used.

### "Highly recommended/Reliable "

April 14, 2026

5.0

As a user managing HR and payroll for our team, my overall experience with ADP Workforce Now has been a mix of professional reliability and technical frustration. On one hand, it is an absolute workhorse that I trust to handle our complex tax filings and multi-state compliance without breaking a sweat. Having a single database for everything—from onboarding to open enrollment—has significantly reduced the "paper trail" in our office and given us much better data security.

Pros

What I love most is the peace of mind that comes with their compliance and tax filing engine. As a mid-sized company, we don't have time to manually track changing state laws or tax codes, and ADP handles that liability seamlessly. Having a single source of truth where payroll, benefits, and time tracking actually talk to each other has cut our manual data entry in half. Plus, the mobile app is a huge win for our team—our employees actually use it to check their paystubs and request PTO without having to bug the HR office.

Cons

The biggest headache is the lack of consistent customer support; once you're past the implementation phase, getting a straight answer from a human can feel like a maze of tickets and general mailboxes. The system is also not very intuitive—simple tasks often require clicking through four different menus, and the custom report builder feels like it hasn't been updated since 2005. For a premium-priced platform, I expected a more modern user interface and a dedicated account manager who actually knows our business history

### "WFN Reviewer "

April 2, 2026

2.0

Not user friendly. Payroll processing is complex. Downloading reports is not intuitive. WFN should have different view settings.

Pros

System is very robust. It is functional for bigger companies. Not for companies that are a one man show.

Cons

Not user friendly. Not for small companies. It is very complex. It has its learning curve. However, once you pass the learning curve, it becomes easier.

### "Simple but safety issue"

February 3, 2026

5.0

Amazing, clear, simple, daily use, neew an update on the safety and security. But nothing was flag other than that.

Pros

easy to use, friendly user, simple, everything is there. I love the feed, so my boss can post some information or learning process quickly.

Cons

The safety and security. It's been a couple time in a short time frame that all employee need to change their password because we hav an alert saying someone try to connect and it was spam to us.

### "Satisfied customer "

May 17, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with \[ADP Workforce Now\](https://www.adp.com/what-we-offer/products/adp-workforce-now.aspx?utm\_source=chatgpt.com) was positive. The platform provided a reliable and efficient way to manage payroll, HR, benefits, and employee data in one place. While there was a learning curve with some advanced features, the system helped streamline daily workforce management tasks and improved overall operational efficiency.

Pros

What I liked most about \[ADP Workforce Now\](https://www.adp.com/what-we-offer/products/adp-workforce-now.aspx?utm\_source=chatgpt.com) was its all-in-one HR and payroll functionality, which streamlined administrative tasks and improved overall efficiency. The platform was user-friendly, reliable, and made employee management much easier.

Cons

What I liked least about \[ADP Workforce Now\](https://www.adp.com/what-we-offer/products/adp-workforce-now.aspx?utm\_source=chatgpt.com) was that some features felt complex to navigate, and certain reports or customizations required additional training to use efficiently. The system could also be slow at times during payroll processing or updates.

### "Great time keeper"

May 1, 2026

5.0

Overall is a great way to keep track of you time, and reporting your hours to HR. You just clock in, and HR receives the report without the need of you doing anything else.

Pros

very good app, it is very easy to use and intuitive. The customer support is great and very fast. There is little to no setup, you basically log in and are ready to go, you can clock in, and clock out with one click; very useful for works that are on the road.

Cons

It can be slow at times, I had some issues with it not loading right away, and missing a clock in due to that.

Pros

its user-friendly and easy to navigate... also one main thing is that we can connect other platforms to it.

Pros

This website is easy to use and beneficial to employees. I find that it's easy to look at my pay stubs, my tax forms, and any other company information that I need.

### "Comprehensive HR & Payroll Solution with a Learning Curve"

April 30, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience has been positive, especially for managing HR and payroll in one place. It does a great job of centralizing employee data, payroll, benefits, and time tracking, which helps keep everything organized and efficient.

Pros

Its all-in-one HR and payroll management—it brings payroll, time tracking, benefits, and employee data into one centralized system, making it easier to manage everything efficiently.

Cons

The biggest downside is the complexity and user interface—it can feel outdated and not very intuitive. Tasks like reporting or navigating between features can take extra time to learn, and customer support can sometimes be slow or inconsistent, which adds to the frustration.

### "ADP because there’s not many other options. "

March 6, 2026

3.0

Overall it is still a good product as long as you don’t forget your log in credentials and you learn to navigate it for some employees because it’s not user friendly for those who aren’t tech savvy.

Pros

Adp works with software such as quikbooks so that employees can upload their W2’s directly. It is a great time saver and helps prevent errors.

Cons

Adp is not easy to get into if a password if forgotten. It usually relies on a second party to help with a password reset. My worst nightmare from years of experience with ADP is getting locked out. Another issue is if you used it with another company it will sometimes tie that company in.

### "Known platform, but needs better usability and support"

March 19, 2026

1.0

Overall, ADP Workforce Now is a robust system with strong capabilities, but the user experience and support do not always match the expectations. It works well for core HR functions, but improvements in usability and customer support would significantly enhance the experience.

Pros

ADP has strong brand recognition and a well-established presence in the market, which builds trust. The platform also offers a wide range of HR and payroll features in one system.

Cons

Customer service can be inconsistent and slow to respond. The platform is not very intuitive, and navigation can feel outdated, requiring additional training for basic tasks.

We transitioned from a PEO to ADP Workforce Now (HRS) to gain more control, flexibility, and visibility over our HR operations. While the PEO model offered bundled services, it often limited customization and created barriers when managing internal processes, especially as our company scaled.

Cons

### "Painless Payroll System"

February 13, 2026

4.0

I have used ADP as both an employee and supervisor of several employees. Most of my interactions with the platform have been around tracking, submitting, and approving timesheets; updating tax info; and tracking benefits and PTO. Compared to other systems, it has been relatively painless.

Pros

My organization uses ADP as its payroll and benefits system, and I have used it as both an employee and supervisor. Its time-tracking features are fairly easy to use, especially for organizations where all time has to be billed to a particular code or account. It also allows easy tracking of benefits and time off. It also makes it easy to update tax info, personal data, and benefits contributions, saving me time from jumping through various HR hoops. I think that its mobile app is fairly easy to use, as well. While I am not an HR professional, using ADP has been much more painless for me, compared to other platforms.

Cons

For organizations like mine, where all time has to be billed to a particular code, I would appreciate if I could view the cumulative time billed to each code over a particular period. While certain members of our organization can see this info as administrators, my team has to keep track of this information separately.

### "A great online system to manage HR responsibilities!"

November 30, 2025

5.0

Even though switching to ADP was different then the typical pen and paper system I was used to, I really am glad that we switched. I think it has been a very beneficial move for our company and as an employee user I love all of the online features that I have when using this system.

Pros

My place of employment has recently switched to using ADP and it has been very easy to use and transition to. I use ADP daily to track my time at work and submit for payroll. ADP has a lot of features to improve communication throughout the office; however my place of work does not use all of the site abilities to report time off requests or other forms and reports. I have not had the need to use the customer support line as my HR director has been able to answer all my questions and concerns. I also do not pay for the ADP application as an employee so I am unsure what the cost of this program is.

Cons

I have not had any issues with ADP workforce. There was initially a slight learning curve when switching from a paper system to a ADP for our time documentation.

### "great payroll processing, lack of quality customer service"

November 17, 2025

4.0

As far as processing payroll and getting people paid ADP is great. Trying to work with them programming advanced reports or General Ledger programing it gets pretty frustrating.

Pros

Payroll processing efficiency and accuracy is their strongest asset. When there is something that is out of the ordinary it is difficult to find the right person to assist you.

Cons

When working with ADP we never get to work with the same individual, resulting in a long discussion of us trying to explain our problem over and over again. You cannot call the same person, and no one takes any responsibility for accountability for advice given or action taken.

### "I do not recommend ADP"

October 28, 2025

2.0

I don't like ADP. I've used it at 3 different companies over the last 10 years and my last experience with it was very poor.

Pros

ADP does have a lot of functionality to accomplish all of your primary HR management and payroll functions.

Cons

ADP is hard to use. The app is almost always down and they seem to have multiple versions of their app, so you never know what website or app you're supposed to be using. If you're not careful you'll login in to the wrong one and won't be able to find what you're looking for. Logging in and accessing the information is always hard.

### "Honest Opinion on ADP WFN"

November 3, 2025

4.0

I worked with WFN for almost ten years. It is a great product for the right organization. ADP is a leader in the space for a reason, but its very easy to get lost in the mechanics of it all.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now is a great product for the right organization. The technology is consistently being expanded, they have a highly knowledgeable team and can be very easy to use. Payroll overall is very easy, time tracking typically can be setup efficient. I find ADP employees as a whole to be caring and well educated in their field.

Cons

What I liked least is that the technology can be overwhelming and if you are not a tech minded person it can be very clunky at points. Reporting used to be an absolute bear and while efforts were commendable it could take forever to get what you need setup custom. It can be very expensive and communication could be slow.

### "ALL IN ONE HR"

March 14, 2026

5.0

It's a solid enterprise-grade solution that does what it promises, but it requires investment in training and patience with support. It's good once implemented.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now combines payroll, HR, benefits, time tracking, timesheets, reporting, and communication in one system. Good value but and support. Steep learning curve affects ease of use. Reliable for mid-to-large businesses.

Cons

Frequent updating, usability challenges. Best suited for organizations that can invest time in training and have dedicated HR staff to manage the system.

My overall experience with ADP Workforce has been extremely positive so far. Aside from the limitations through the website on my desktop, there's really nothing negative I can say, only positive. I find ADP Workforce to be superior to other work force apps and websites.

Pros

ADP Workforce is a fantastic product all around. Very user friendly and easy to navigate. The features and support offered are superb and second to none in the industry.

Cons

For some reason I cannot access the same features through the website on my desktop computer. I need to use the ADP Workforce app to fully access everything.

I love it. The security for login is great and I like that it has so many features to help you and support what you need or are concerned about.

Pros

It has everything you need from your tax info to your pay stub. You can adjust your W4 monthly or whenever you are paid. It has built in features to support your concerns and address needs. You can also compare monthly pay and deductions.

Cons
