They are super easy to contact but in some instances you have to contact your employer for help. Pros The app is very easy to use. I can quickly find my pay stubs as well as tax forms when it’s that time. The time tracking is very accurate. Cons If I forgot my password it’s very easy to get locked out and to get back in you have to contact your hr team if I am no longer working for them it makes it difficult to get back on it. Pros ADP Workforce Now is a great app that I use for daily time tracking. It's an easy and efficient tool that makes my life as a manager easier. Cons There are so many reports on there to look through which is great but a little overwhelming when trying to find a certain report. They do have a search option but if you are unsure of the name of it, it can be a little tricky. Its reliable easy to use, and keeps everything centralised in one platform. The self-service tools and reporting features save a huge amount of time and improve overall efficiency. Customer service from implementation to set up has been a refreshing experience.
