My overall experience is decent, but I feel they tried to jam too many things into this one product.

Pros

What I like most about ADP Workforce now is that it wraps up all of your benefits and pay from your job in one place.

Cons

What I like least about it is that while the initial links are all in ADP Workforce Now, my health, dental, and vision insurance will be with three different companies, and my 401k with a fourth.

The employee mobile app is also highly functional, making routine tasks like viewing paystubs and requesting time off incredibly seamless for the average worker. However, the system administrator experience can be deeply frustrating; the legacy interface is notoriously rigid, generating custom reports is an overly complex chore, and finding consistent, prompt customer support often feels like navigating an endless maze of tickets. It is a premium, dependable system built to handle the heavy lifting for mid-sized organizations, provided you are willing to tolerate its administrative clunkiness.

Pros

Using ADP for time tracking has a few major advantages, especially when it comes to efficiency and compliance. Its biggest strength is its seamless integration with ADP’s core payroll platform. It was great for the most part just make sure to keep your password updated. They are super easy to contact but in some instances you have to contact your employer for help.

Pros

The app is very easy to use. I can quickly find my pay stubs as well as tax forms when it’s that time. The time tracking is very accurate.

Cons

If I forgot my password it’s very easy to get locked out and to get back in you have to contact your hr team if I am no longer working for them it makes it difficult to get back on it.

Pros

It's easy enough for me to use, and it holds onto all of the old reviews and things. It is handy when hiring new people.

Cons

ADP Workforce Now is kind of annoying to navigate some things. When I'm writing reviews, I want to reference previous reviews and there is not an easy way to do that. It's also strange when I'm requesting time off and I have to type in a reason, and it's super delayed.

Pros

ADP is super easy to use and stores all of my previous documents needed. I can see my salary and pay breakdown with no problems. I like that I can reference documents from previous jobs as well. Fingers crossed that all my future companies use ADP so things transfer over seamlessly

Cons

No cons at the moment, it's been great so far. I have been employed by companies that use ADP my entire career and have had no issues switching jobs and accessing documents.

ADP Workforce Now has helped myself and my management team to be able to communicate without needed us to be in a constant meeting or following up.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now is a great app that I use for daily time tracking. It's an easy and efficient tool that makes my life as a manager easier.

Cons

There are so many reports on there to look through which is great but a little overwhelming when trying to find a certain report. They do have a search option but if you are unsure of the name of it, it can be a little tricky.

Overall my Experience with ADP workforce Now has been very positive. It streamlines HR and payroll tasks, Improves efficiency, and provides reliable tools for managing employeesand reportings in one centralized platform

Pros

ADP workforce Now, been a game-changer for our HR and payroll processes. Its reliable easy to use, and keeps everything centralised in one platform. The self-service tools and reporting features save a huge amount of time and improve overall efficiency.

Cons

What i liked least about ADP workforce Now was that some features can feel overly complex at first, and customization/reporting may require a learning curve for new user

Excellent! Professional and reliable. ADP Workforce Now is the HRIS for all companies seeking a clear and productive system.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now is by far the best HRIS I have experienced. From the recruitment module to its performance management module are an ease and productivity modules.

Cons

There is nothing negative to say about ADP. Customer service from implementation to set up has been a refreshing experience.

Overall, my experience with ADP Workforce Now has been positive. It is easy to use with a solid interface, offers strong value for the money, and provides good customer support when needed, though the initial setup required significant time and effort.

Easy to use woftware, intuitive interface, streamlined payroll, reporting, and HR in one platform system

Cons

Set up was a lot of work, time consuming onboarding and configuration across modules, platforms and features
