ADP Workforce Now is a powerful, all-in-one HR and payroll platform that delivers rock-solid compliance and deep functionality, though it often comes with a clunky interface and mixed customer support. My over all experience with ADP workforce is really great just don't have updated pto hours.

Pros

The best thing about ADP Workforce Now is how it brings payroll, HR, benefits, and time tracking together in one single, centralized platform, it has everything right in place for you.

Cons

The biggest complaints about ADP Workforce Now center on clunky reporting, inflexible customization, and frustrating customer support, and it doesn't have pto hours updated

I am very satisfied with the program and have less headaches with ADP pretty much handling all the tasks to ensure an accurate payroll process.

Pros

The ease of set up. It was very easy setting up the RUNPAYROLL account and accessing the payroll statements.

Cons

I was having a hard time getting the tax accounts opened because if I had let ADP open the accounts there would have been a charge.

I use ADP workforce Now as my time clock app to monitor my hours at work as well as my w-2s and any PTO hours that I have a career or have used.

Pros

I really like that on ADP workforce Now I'm able to track all my hours in my PTO. I'm also able to do training for work through different modules on the system.

Cons

I don't like that I I'm not able to clock in and clock out from the app. There is also no way for me to schedule time off within the app.

The real win for me has been the time‑tracking integration. I can punch in from my phone, sync it to the payroll module, and the system auto‑calculates overtime before I even hit submit. It’s saved me hours on approvals and kept the team on budget.

Pros

The payroll automation keeps us on time and the reporting tools give us clear insights into labour costs, which saves us a lot of manual spreadsheet work.

Cons

The help centre is a bit slow to load and the mobile app feels clunky when you try to approve timesheets on the go – not a huge deal but a bit annoying.

My overall experience with ADP Workforce Now has been very positive. It has helped streamline payroll and employee management while reducing the amount of manual work required. Time tracking, reporting, and communication features are convenient, and having everything in one system makes day-to-day HR and payroll tasks much more efficient.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now makes payroll, employee time tracking, and workforce management much easier to handle in one place. The reporting features are useful, and employees can easily access their information, pay statements, and other details. It saves a lot of administrative time and keeps employee records organized.

Cons

some features can take time to learn, especially for new users. The interface can occasionally feel complicated when navigating more advanced reports or settings, and customer support response times can sometimes vary.

ADP is a great tool to use if you have around 40ish team members. THis makes communication with the team easy, and helps track their time as well.

Pros

Adp is a overall easy product to use. This not only saves you time on your payroll, but it is easy to get ahold of customer support.

Cons

ADP onboarding process is not great, and has a strange onboarding process. Plus some steps to terminate employees is annoying

It is an incredibly powerful, enterprise-grade powerhouse for mid-sized businesses, though its frustratingly complex setup demands dedicated, ongoing administrative training.

Pros

All-in-one payroll, HR, and benefits ecosystem. Highly reliable compliance and automated tax management. Robust, detailed reporting tools for workforce insights.

Cons

Outdated, slow interface that feels very clunky. Customer support can be incredibly difficult to reach.

Generally it is very good. Ties in with our P&L, easy to update with holidays, vacation and sick time.

Pros

easy to work with, intutive and allows our employees to easily input their hours and time off needs.

Cons

I want more control over who can approve time and needs to have approvals for their times, Ie.. managers
