The Genea team from sales to support has always been on top of things, providing quick solutions. Pros Genea is really use to use and you can manage all you access door remotely. The UI is very simple and you can also use the app to have full control. Cons Some times I have difficulty with the quick shake to open feature. It works in some access points but not in others.
