Pros

You really can track what happens with your leads.. if you take the time you can personalize every step of your sales pad an haver reports

Cons

Once they are customers there is no an actual category for that, it will be great to have something for that, easy to use, with alerts, categories and reminders

Pros

I really like that this CRM tool integrates with Freshdesk and I am a fan of the "open email alert". I am also impressed with the service that I have received at Freshsales; I had a suggest for the software and the support team immediately jumped on a call with me to figure out a solution.

Cons

I wish that you could attach documents to the "Deals".

The benefits Freshsales provides for small businesses is immeasurable! Like a large sales department, I am able to maximize my customer contact and sales.

Pros

I love the ease of use, first of all. I have easy access to customer service for help.

Cons

At first I was confused, however my account manager helped me understand for free.

Pros

It is limited in functionality which makes is user friendly - too many tools have hundreds of redundant fields which add very little value and reduce user adoption, not the case with Freshsales !

Cons

Running free version, so don't expect much, but some basic reports would be nice

Fantastic

Pros

Ease of use, being able to switch between leads, contacts, deals and analytics.

Cons

The only suggestion I have is that in the deals section, it would be nice to see the total amount for all deals, as this would allow us to see how much money we lose not winning deals.
