### "Beware, GROWTH plan does not synch up with FreshSales, you need PRO"

Not an easy start, and thankfully support is responsive unless it's the weekend, but overall Freshsales feels a little rigid and is not the easiest of tools to use although the back end seems solid enough. The big issue for us was learning that a key functionality promised in the sales process actually needed a much more expensive plan. Based on this and the support opening times, I expect to move us to another business suite, probably Zoho, within a year or so.

Pros

It's a basic CRM and does the job once you understand how it thinks (start with an Account, you must go to Accounts to create the Account, cannot just create an Account name when also creating a Contact). During their open hours, support is very polite and tries very hard to help. The AI support bot is pretty good at helping out at first pass, that's been really helpful.

Cons

We bought the GROWTH plan as we didn't need the features of more expensive plans, but specifically to link to FreshDesk and have a single CRM. Spoiler alert: the sync between FreshDesk and Freshsales is only available for Freshsales PRO and upwards, with Pro priced at 5x the cost of Growth. Even though I asked several times during the sales process, as it was a key point for us (and honestly, it's baffling 2 products in a suite don't synch up to start with) and was assured they synched, it turned out after deep exploration by support and baffling messages by the front end that they didn't. I was furious and it's not mentioned anywhere in their marketing literature Secondly, Support is only available weekdays, it ends at midnight on Friday and resumes 8am on Monday. It wasn't made crystal clear when we signed up and in hindsight it's a bit too much of a risk for us, we're in tourism so we work hard on weekends.

Good overall experience. It works well and looks great, but the pricing and support let it down. Support is particularly bad, a lack of understanding of their product.

Pros

Clean design, easy to use, and customisable with lots of useful features for daily sales management.

Cons

Very expensive for what it offers. Requires too many add-ons (e.g., add-ons for the number of emails, contacts, api connections), and support could be much better.

Pros

Freshsales supports team collaboration abd it integrates with freshworks products such as freshchat and freshdesk which ensures seamless communication. Freshsales provides leads and sales analytics helping to identify and improve on weak areas.

Cons

Freshsales allows client to book demo with sales agents and simple descriptions and training about product.

Horrible customer service, no compromises or attempts to resolve solutions to help small businesses.

Pros

Whenever you add a project to try, they will charge you regardless if you only use that add-on product for less than 7 days. If you cancel your subscription one day after renewal, they do not try to help by offering half refund, they steal your money for a software you will no longer use because of 1 missed day.

Cons

They steal your money. No refunds and terrible customer service.

Pipeline view's real nice, makes it way easier to follow what's going on. Emails and calls link up smooth too, so you can keep stuff kinda tidy overall.

Cons

Some automations just straight up not doable tho, I tried messing with it but nope. Kinda sucks 'cause I was hoping to not have to set every single thing by hand.

Pros

I really like the way it keeps the sales sequences and automates them. Making sales pipelines is not a big task on Freshsales. I would say this is one of the best CRM platforms am using. Moreover, the synchronizing system of the calendar works amazingly, if I talk about the pricing of Freshsales it is cost-effective and affordable product.

Cons

To be honest it is working perfectly, before some months I was having some issues with add-ons but after getting assistance from its customer support I resolved the issue easily, so yes now there are no cons to write here.

Pros

It has a great feature list. Right from adding contacts/leads to the platform, managing lead lifecycle through tasks and creating deals to incentivise the cycle, its a very easy to use platform.

Cons

The pricing for Freshsales has to be revised as per Indian Geography. Also some basic features like Campaign Management for automated outreach is not present.

The system itself is very good, and the company are willing to create special features if needed, and are happy to work with our system manager to ensure it meets the needs of our business. There is a lot of potential to the Freshsales system that our team are looking to utilise, especially around automations. Sometime the customer service they offer through their instant chats does not always lead to a solution. I found the chatbot that offers suggestions for help rarely comes up with the answers to my queries - then their is usually a language barrier when conversing with their overseas customer service operatives who manage the chat one you get past the chatbot - their team often help with a solution, but it can take some time.

Pros

Easily view customer profiles. Edit the views to see what is needed most - for example, we have important details at the top of their profile, like their contact details. It records all communication in one location for quick access when needed. Fairly simple navigation structure, search bar to find customers, navigation bar down the side to access different areas of their profile. The analytics section allow you to create reports that can update themselves, making it easy to monitor and view necessary information, the reports also easily convert to an Excel Spreadsheet. Our phone system is built into this system, meaning we can see who is calling and when you click their name, it brings you straight to the customer profile. Automated emails when fields are updated take a lot of work off our hands.

Cons

I've found creating Analytics Reports to be very complicated and difficult to understand - you need to follow the guidance on how to do this, or have help from someone who does understand, they did not seem simple to set up. It will prompt you to refresh the page fairly often, meaning you lose you place on a page and have to scroll back down. The system only allows for a certain amount of field's per customer, meaning you have to make learning records for the courses, which are on a different page from their profile and are not as easy to view.

Pros

It was very easy to implement. We setup email sequences quickly and starting automating sales tasks in just a few minutes.

Cons

The only issue I have had is I like to export our contacts and conduct my own reporting in Excel. It’s difficult to export contacts and you are limited to the amount of times you can export a day and you don’t have the ability to filter who is exported.

Pros

very comprehensive CRM tool which covers all sales related activities, integrated with Freshdesk ticketing tool as well so you can monitor your clients' tickets also, license price is very good as compared to other crmCRMproducts.

Cons

reporting and analysis is bit limited to filters and available options, plus reporting and making dashboard analysis is bit difficult for non-technical person and technical person like admin has to engage with sales team to teach them how to prepare your reports, graphical representations and dash boards.

Freshsales is an intuitive CRM that is always seeking to better itself. I appreciate that my suggestions are not only heard but also acted upon. It's simple to integrate with your email and offers cross-platform support for apps like Acuity and Google Calendar.

Cons

If the leads have different addresses, please don't ask for them twice. The CRM software FreshSales will flag a lead as duplicate if there are multiples with the same name.

Freshsales organizes our relationship with customers in the required manner, as any email from customers is answered by the responsible member in a timely manner, and we also ensure that our promotional campaign messages reach the targeted individuals and institutions within carefully studied time periods. Freshsales has also increased our organizational capabilities, as all files, messages and contact lists are easily accessible.

Pros

I really appreciate the simple, intuitive design of the dashboard, as it makes customization easy, and I can navigate between the different sections with ease. Freshsales is also good at how it sorts and classifies incoming mail, which helps us direct it to the responsible member directly, and this is reflected in the speed of response to customer requests. It is also good for the organizational capabilities that Freshsales provides, as we can create a file for each customer and we can save everything related to our relationship with him, including messages and invoices, and that they are saved on the cloud, which makes it easy to access them at any time. I greatly appreciate the scheduling capabilities that Freshsales provides, which allow us to organize the dates of sending emails or text messages to customers according to contact lists at appropriate times, and this is important so that we do not repeat messages in a random way that makes the customer feel bored. Freshsales is also great for the collaborative capabilities that it provides us as a team, where we can share updates on different tasks and also collaborate in preparing reports and marketing plans.

Cons

Freshsales is easy to use, and it does not require a lot of time to master its effective use, in addition to that the subscription prices are appropriate and are not considered an obstacle to the involvement of all team members.

I have built startup sales teams, and I would have chosen this over all of the other startup-class CRMs out there. It may not last forever, but in my opinion it will last many until they are closing $10+ in annual revenue.

Pros

You can manage deals, deal stages, forecasting, and a lot more extremely well within this tool. It is surprisingly strong as a standard sales CRM and will meet most, if not all needs, for a small to mid-size company. It is a stronger offering that many that target this same segment.

Cons

There is a lack of global integrations that make life easier, and as needs get more complex in reporting, deal structure, etc. Also, in the prospecting stages, it simply doesn't do well enough in tracking (which may again be an issue of integration, but is problematic). Leads are better tracked in another tool.

Pros

1\. The ease of use. 2. The support team is fantastic and its the one of the best support experiences i have. In line with Apple.

Cons

1\. Lack of customization for my industry. 2. Week is Sat-Sun instead of Mon-Sun. 3. The dashboard should be live and needs rework 4. Ability to link bots to activities and being able churn contacts based on certain responses. 5. Support is not 24x7

The tool we were previously using did not have the option to create deals and manage your revenue generation and pipeline, but ever since we have shifted to freshsales, that problem has disappeared. Also, the reporting and the analytics freshsales offers helps us in keeping track of all our data, activity and how we can streamline the process of sales and pipeline management. Other than that we can also create tasks and meetings on the dashboard, but now we have an all one in solution for all of this, thanks to freshsales.

Pros

The interface is really good and the software is very easy to use. You can also run campaigns and sequences on your contacts with freshsales. Deals and pipeline management is very good and you can create all kinds of reports to keep track of everything.

Cons

The onboarding process was a bit longer than expected, and integration with other tools is also a bit difficult. Other than that, there is a monthly limit of only 1000 marketing emails in a month which seems rather wrong and to increase that, you have to pay extra which is a lot.

Pros

The customer support - without it we could not have implemented and continue to find new ways of applying it to manage our relationships and grow our business

Cons

That you cannot create a list of contacts to email straight from your inbox. We often need to send semi standardises responses to several contacts awaiting a reply. At the moment it is not possibe to select and set them up for a bulk email. This would save us a lot of time if you created this very simple feature.

Pros

the one feature that caught my eye was the sales automation tool, which made my life and my team's life better in all ways; we saw a 10% growth through Freashsales alone; our team considers Freshsales CRMas a fellow employee who does Automations.

Cons

I would like more options in the sales sequence in the feature, like doing a trial run, getting custom dates on when it should run, etc.

Overall, I believe that FreshSales has been a fantastic addition to our business. Customer accounts are simple for us to access. From FreshSales, we can directly create tickets in FreshDesk.

Pros

I have been using this software for one and a half years. I initially only used the live real-time chat feature, but now I use its premium capabilities to manage my leads and send them updates and sales pitches using the simple campaign manager. I adored the user interface because it requires little intelligence to comprehend the things you need to achieve your goal. I have made use of their reporting capabilities, which aid in my decision-making based on campaign results.

Cons

If they offered interaction with other social networks in addition to LinkedIn, such as Instagram and Facebook messaging, I would adore this feature. They only have a few integration modules at the moment. Additionally, handling and transmitting files takes considerably longer than importing them, and occasionally it gets stuck, forcing me to repeat everything.
